Am easy to navigate site, good choice. Easy to order and was kept up to date with delivery details.

I ordered a helmet, visor and goggles. I was given separate delivery dates over the next 2 weeks for each item, the first one in a week. Great I thought. 2 weeks later I haven't received any of the items and have now been told that the goggles won't be available for at least 3 months!! Just not good enough when other suppliers can supply within 2 days.

Postscript - To be fair, they have burst into action to deal with my complaint and I have now received the helmet and visor but not the goggles, for several months.

Brought 3in1 jacket Knox .. good jacket to use in not so sunny weather .. look cool as well .. urban rider was excellent shop to use easy and helpfull .

Useless, stay clear, ordered an Oxford Stormex motorcycle cover large. Stated on order email it would be delivered 21/05/25. No sign of it so I email 23/05/25 asking where it is. Reply - ‘sorry we don’t have it in stock and is on back order. Have no idea when it will be received’ Brilliant customer service, no email letting me know. WHY IS IT ADVERTISED IF YOU DON’T HAVE IT. Poor.

The delivery is passed due date. No one picks up the phone when you try and call for help. But PayPal helped me get a refund

Ordered a builtwell helmet liner, was to arrive 15/05/2025, hasn’t arrived, I called them, automated service with no response, emailed them with my order number and informed them that I had not received my order.
They state that they will respond to an email enquiry within 24hrs, still no response, extremely poor service.
This situation was eventually resolved by Isabela which I appreciate, unfortunate that it took this review on Trustpilot, to kick Urban Rider into responding.

The website is very easy to use, the price was reasonable and it was delivered when stated.

Just got my.order fast delivery through dpd fit great so won't need to return had 1 issue but was sorted out straight away will order again

Urban Rider is my favourite shop in London for motorcycles gears.
Everything start with my first purchase that was all the gear need it to ride, helmet, boots, jacket and gloves. After then I've been visiting the guys to check for new gears, and my last purchase was the Trip Machine Shoe Protector, this helps to save the shoes you wearing while riding to get scratch from the shifting.
Highly recommend, but mostly I recommend to visit the Urban Rider shop, because the guys are always super cool and friendly, they can help you to find all you need!

Been a couple of weeks since I received my boots and shirt. I couldn't be happier. Great fit and very comfortable. Knowing I look good, feel good and am safe is just a rarity for me.

Best quality that works, fits and looks good too. A tall order for a short man! I'll be using Urban Rider again for sure. Highly recommended

Had some issues with a jacket, living in another country it's often a hassle to reach out when you buy things online.

Urban Riders talked to the manufacturer of the jacket, I will be getting a new one in a week or two.

This is not the only time I've been in touch with them.
I feel that Urban Riders care deeply about their costumers and always try to do right by their customers.

Excellent customer service. Rapid dispatch on one item but when other delayed, same day response to email and similar for refund when no alternative. What customer should be. A pleasure - will certainly buy again from them.

Good company. The item I ordered was delivered very promptly.

When you make a purchase online they will tell you it will be delivered on a particular day...ignore that ,and add at least a week , it seems I am mot the only one who has had this issue , I mean how hard is it to post a package the day you order it ,if it is a DPD issue ,then Urban Rider need to change who they use .

The order I received was too small with no tags and had clearly been used !, shins had dirty marks and ankle had rub marks , will be returning at first available opportunity
Appalling service.

So I placed an order on the 18/04/25 paying the next day delivery charge. From there on the communication has been horrendous! I have received any confirmation on my order and I have sent emails and made over a dozen phone calls to the number provided apparently there always extremely busy with customers! Still have I not received my delivery and still have I not had any answers from the company! I will not be using this brand again I will be posting reviews on everything I see. It’s the fact that not one person has had the decency to pick up a phone or email me back but very quick to take my hard earned money. So thank you for you unpleasant experience for the first time I will be taking action on this.
