Urbanlockers Anmeldelser

Drawers arrived very quickly and was easy to put together if you take your time and make sure you look at the diagrams. Eg, right way up and correct screws.

Only needed a screw driver that came with the box anyhow.

The rails for the drawers were the trickiest as it needed some Bruce force, but the back of the screw driver proved sufficient.

Overall very pleaaed

Awful experience all round.

1) Delivery was scheduled for 8am - 6pm - driver showed up at 7am.

2) Delivered the wrong locker and had to ring him to get him to bring the right one

3) Absolute nightmare to put together - build quality is awful. The handles wobble when installed, the top is near impossible to put on and the left door sags, showing the exposed spring pin

Feels cheap - next time will pay the extra for a Mustard.

Fantastic quality wardrobe
Thank you so much, we are really pleased with our Chelsea wardrobe. We actually collected as we are local to the business and all of the staff were very helpful and friendly, they even lifted it into the car for us. The wardrobe is of excellent quality and we were surprised at how easy it was to put together with the supplied screwdriver, it took less than an hour and could easily be built in the upright position, which was perfect as it needed to go into a small room. I highly recommend and will be looking at buying from you again.

Brilliant! The Fulham is a great locker - very robust, an excellent design, and very well packed so arriving in perfect condition. It is very competitively priced for such a good quality piece. It is *very* easy to put together - the instructions are very clear and relate exactly to the parts in front of you, and everything is perfectly milled so it all slots together very simply. It would perhaps be easier to put together with 2 people, but I (F63) managed perfectly well on my own.
100% would recommend Urban Lockers.

Love love love the cupboard I bought fantastic quality and looks so much better in person Great customer service

I love the Camden locker in Flamingo, it is warm and bright without being neon. I have the mustard wardrobe in another room, and I have purchased navy lockers and side table with a drawer for kids, so putting this together was easy, after unpacking earlier in the day this took me 14-16 mins to put together without help. Purchased for a small craft room where I need extra storage and the height of these is great for extending my working space. I may need a second if I can squeeze it in! Delivery was speedy and straightforward.

We are SO delighted with the Chelsea locker it looks great and very stylish In my son’s bathroom in his new home. My husband had it all constructed within less than an hour it’s very simple and easy to do. The range of colours are excellent, he chose Sage which is ideal for his bathroom and has given the finishing touch to his bathroom perfectly!

Very pleased
Bought this cabinet in vanilla for my new goldsmith workspace and built it up on my own.Extremity proffecinonal packaging. Description and the numbers on each part made it quite easy.Had a little hassle with the top part because at first hadn't tucked it overlapping side part at first, so had to undo once more. But I was impressed about how everything fits together and creates a very stable finish. The magnetic closure and the little lockets with each 2 keys work well and is way more tight than the lockets I know from ikea. Also the metal way stronger. The only minus I felt with the sudden action requested from fedex with a form needed promt answer with power of attorney for customs clearance of imports to coninue the shipping . Had to figure out how to fill in the form for private and from my phone on the run.But succeeded and was delivered on time.

I ordered the Tall glass locker in ‘Forest Green’ with matching Colour 3x basket organiser set and I absolutely Love it ❣️. Great quality, easy to assemble and instructions easy to follow. Good communication through out the order and assembly tip emails to help. Quickly delivered. Looks Amazing and I Highly Recommend this Company and will definitely be ordering items again .

Great product & service
I ordered the Mayfair locker in Mustard for my first sons nursery room. It looks fantastic. We did have an issue where the box was delivered with impact damage which has slightly impacted the locker - likely the delivery companies fault. Nothing too bad to return it, but Urban Lockers offered a suitable partial refund without hesitation. Great service.

Super product and super service. The unit looks great and was easy enough to put together. We had an email from the delivery company, about consent for import and the customer service department assured us that all tax etc had been paid. The delivery went without a hitch!

acquistata madia vetrata. Prodotto di buona qualità, arrivata in tempi rapidi, nonostante i controlli doganali.
Sono soddisfatto dell'acquisto.

Bought my first locker - bedside table In the dark green colour . Perfect size and the colour is such a deep green . I’ve had loads of positive contents when I’ve showed the locker to friends. Really neat design and easy to put together too. It comes really safely packaged aswell - Im going to buy another in the dark blue . Awesome ! Thankyou Urban people !

This is the third set of Urban Lockers furniture I’ve ordered - first two sets were for my sons and this third set is for my daughter (having ordered from another retailer and not been happy with their quality and finish). Once again, Urban Lockers has not disappointed. Great quality, loads of storage space and straightforward to assemble. Two of the earlier pieces had minor imperfections but this set of 4 pieces is all perfect. My daughter loves her new bedroom especially being able to lock her bedside cabinet! Who knows what she is keeping in there (probably snacks)?!

This is my second piece of furniture from Urbanlockers. They work well in any situation. Love the colour range also. As long as you follow the assembly instructions all is good.

This is a second time I ordered from Rbanlockers and will return for more as product not just looking stylish but also well made, easy to put together, great service and fast delivery - highly recommend.

Fab!
We purchased two Chester wall cabinets, with fluted glass, having already bought a locker and two bedside tables. We chose vanilla as the room is on the smaller side and the colour of the furniture is lovely - a fresh cream, not sickly or magnolia at all. Delivery was super quick. The furniture itself is very good quality and the instructions and pre-assembly support (video links and paperwork) is excellent. I was really pleasantly surprised at how heavy-duty the fluted glass panels are. Despite being small, metal pieces of furniture, all the pieces hold their own against some of our antique furniture because they are well made. We also bought the Chester in olive green for our bathroom. A really beautiful, warm green - looks lovely. Would highly recommend Urban Lockers!

The review title pretty much sums it up. All in all I've been super impressed. The metal urban units are really well built, easy to put together (some very clever design has gone in to them) and look beautiful. I event scrapped a screwdriver over one of the surfaces by mistake and it didn't even leave a mark. Big thumbs up from me.
