El locker es realmente bonito. Cumple perfectamente su función y llegó muy bien empaquetado hasta España.

I was very excited to recieve a locker from here for my son’s room. Unfortunately I’ll never know as their chosen courier company decided to throw down the locker on my doorstep and run off. The package was also opened. After reporting it damaged, urban lockers agreed to refund it (with no offer of arranging a replacement). The same courier company has now not turned up on 3 occasions. What is worse is that I am having to call and chase the courier multiple times a day whilst urban lockers decide to email me back after 3-4 days with generic messaging. I am now stuck with a damaged locker and out of pocket. Avoid

De kast is prachtig geworden, was ook heel eenvoudig om in elkaar te steken aan de hand van de handleiding. Ik kon dit eenvoudig zelf doen, zonder extra hulp. De levering was ook snel zonder extra kosten, douanekosten en andere zaken vanuit de U.K. naar België waren al geregeld door Urban Lockers.

Absolutely stunning locker, perfect for also small spaces. Shipping was surprisingly fast to Germany. The locker has a high quality and was easy to assemble. I would absolutely recommend & am going to buy again for sure. :)

Despite looking very simple to build, I cannot get the first screws to catch; there is no thread for the screw to get purchase on. There is no possibility to phone the company and their automated email response is that they are very busy. Such a waste of time and energy. I’ll be returning it on the basis it is defective.

Extremely disappointed with the furniture and how my complaint has been handled

I purchased furniture from this company expecting good-quality products that would last my children for years. I bought in good faith after seeing the company’s Trustpilot reviews and social-media presence, including promotion by well-known influencers.

Unfortunately, my experience has been completely different.

There were issues with the furniture from the outset, including damage and problems with the quality of the units. I originally entered into discussions with the company about a discount being applied retrospectively because of the poor quality and issues with the furniture. Those discussions did not resolve the matter, and the discount offered was not something I was prepared to accept as a resolution.

Since then, I have had nothing but further issues with the furniture and have completely lost confidence in its quality and safety.

The wardrobe in particular has caused serious concern, including the lid lifting and the back coming away from the frame despite the furniture being assembled and secured. Most seriously, my four-year-old daughter was injured in connection with the furniture. I have footage of the incident and have raised this with the company.

I paid approximately £200 to have the furniture assembled. I am now faced with having to replace the furniture and potentially pay further money to have the existing furniture dismantled before the company will collect it.

The company has now agreed to provide a full refund, which I appreciate. However, they are insisting that I dismantle and securely repackage the furniture before their courier will collect it.

I have explained that I have physical disabilities and am not reasonably able to dismantle large pieces of furniture myself. I am also not prepared to spend another approximately £200 having someone dismantle furniture that I am returning because of the problems I have experienced with it. I have already paid for it to be assembled and will have further costs purchasing and assembling replacement furniture.

I find the whole situation extremely disappointing. I purchased what I believed would be good-quality children’s furniture that would last for years. Instead, I have spent a considerable amount of money, experienced repeated problems with the furniture and have had to spend a significant amount of time trying to get the matter resolved.

I am hoping the company will now arrange a suitable collection and complete the agreed full refund without requiring me to incur further substantial costs.

I am sharing my experience because, if I were considering purchasing from this company, I would want to know about another customer’s experience before spending a significant amount of money on their furniture.

I think it is important to clarify your response, as it does not accurately reflect the situation.

The original damage was not the end of the issues. I subsequently experienced further problems, including drawers not closing correctly and the wardrobe becoming defective despite being safely assembled and secured. I have made clear that I no longer consider the furniture satisfactory or as described.

Regarding the promotional code, it had been issued before I contacted you about it or made my order i simply had not seen it at the time of purchase I requested it as resolution to the poor quality of items and made it clear I could get undamaged items for less then I paid for damaged ones.

You state that you have not received footage of the incident involving my 4 year old daughter and would like to review it. The footage shows my young daughter being injured by the wardrobe, and she is undressed. I will not publicly upload footage of my 4 year old daughter in that state. - I think it disgusting to request it.

Regarding your returns policy, you repeatedly state that furniture must be dismantled before collection. However, your policy does not clearly state that a customer rejecting defective furniture must personally dismantle it. Saying your courier cannot dismantle assembled furniture is not the same as making dismantling the consumer’s responsibility.
I am willing to make the furniture accessible for collection, but I am not agreeing to dismantle defective furniture myself. I have already paid approximately £200 for assembly and should not be expected to pay further substantial costs to dismantle furniture I am returning due to defects and safety concerns.

You have confirmed that you will provide a full refund, which I appreciate. now simply want the furniture collected and the refund completed without further unnecessary expense.

I purchased a Bexley in Flamingo it arrived in under 24 hours. The delivery driver brought the item in for me. It was easily put together and is sturdy and good quality. It also looks stunning. Its spacious and holds so much stuff. I love it and will be making another purchase.

J’ai commandé deux armoire bexley. L’une d’entre elles est arrivée endommagée. La porte est gondolée. J’ai écris au service client qui a été très réactif et m’a promis de m’envoyer une nouvelle porte mais depuis plus aucune nouvelle.
Je ne recommande pas car si vous avez un problème, aucun sav.

Style and functionality
We loved the colour range and needed a storage solution. We were worried about the flat pack but with these the instructions are clear and construction took a lot less time than expected. We love the end result . Practical and stylish

Lovely looking lockers. What a totally positive buying experience- from the effortless and discounted online ordering, swift delivery, easy construction and overall result, I could not have been happier. Top marks all round . . .

As a mustard colour fan I was not disappointed. Easy to assemble and arrived safely. Looks great as a vanity unit/dressing table and the fluted glass is the right side of retro. Finding it hard not to fill the entire house with these. That would of course be somewhat foolish.

If you are thinking about the dull grey metal lockers from grim sports changing rooms, then think again! . This cool Camden cabinet from Urban Lockers really complements the original Victorian features of our home. The range of colours available would suit most people’s tastes, but we chose the soft pink cabinet and it locks stunning in our granddaughter’s bedroom. The cabinet was delivered on time and we were kept informed throughout the process. It was easy to assemble and we were given easy to follow links as well as all the tools necessary for the job. I would highly recommend and will definitely consider buying another product in the range.

I really like my The Harrow piece! It lightens up the room and adds some fun to it. I must say the assembling of the drawers was tough, but at least they are sturdy!

These shelves are such good quality we were really impressed. You even included a screwdriver and every item, every screw and washer was there. The Wimbledon was easy to assemble but did require 2 people. It is a lovely sky blue, was posted quickly and was great value. It will last and isn't made out of plastic. Very, very pleased. Thank you
