Chips and Cheese has been using UptimeRobot to monitor our website after we suffered from some outages which failed to trigger our previous monitoring solution. So far UptimeRobot has been a reliable solution for detecting outages and informing us reliably so that we can respond to incidents effectively.

We've used UptimeRobot for a number of years now. Operating a in small charity, it's great being kept informed. We normally get notification before our customers notice any issues our websites experience. As we're moving more towards more and more cloud applications we're also starting to use it to monitor some of our supplier's services help keep our staff informed.

I've used UptimeRobot for many years and have always had great reliability with the service and any issues have been addressed promptly.

The mobile app is a great addition to have quick access to check on monitor status and receive push notifications. The dashboard has a refreshed design making it even easier to manage the monitors. Has a variety of different monitor types that can be configured.

After evaluating UptimeRobot's competitors, we have found UptimeRobot to be right-sized for our applications. We need a simple, straightforward, and reliable solution for service monitoring, alerting, and customer status dashboard; UptimeRobot fulfills all of those needs without the additional overhead (and cost) of other similar services.

I've used UptimeRobot's Free Plan for YEARS to monitor two completely private, non-commercial websites with very low activity. And now, out of the blue, I get an email accusing me of violating their Terms of Service by supposedly using the Free Plan for "commercial purposes."

This is an absolute insult. Without any proof, I'm forced to either jump through hoops by filling out some survey to prove my innocence or pay for a commercial plan. Why am I, a loyal and personal user, being treated like this?

It's appalling that a service I once trusted now resorts to such aggressive tactics to squeeze money out of users. If UptimeRobot doesn’t want to offer a free plan anymore, they should just say so, not accuse long-term users of violating their rules without cause.

I’ll be moving to another service immediately. If you're thinking about using UptimeRobot, be warned: they clearly have no respect for their users. Terrible experience!

As a volunteer webmaster for the Klein-Schreuder Sculpture Garden in Spain I have been using UptimeRobot for almost 12 years now. Our website is quite reliable but nevertheless it is important that it is always available for people who want to visit the garden. UptimeRobot has been a very reliable helper and has notified me immediately whenever there was a problem.

Forced upgrades, now hassling all users to pay up.

I have been using their services to monitor sites/servers for years with great success. I have recommended them to others on my team and to other fellow DevOps/Web Developers.

Absolute junk. I use to love their product but their new product and billings practices are horrible. Rather than doing the right thing to help grandfather in their initial supporters and paying customers uptimerobot threatens customers with terms of service violations and claims they will take legal action. Aggressive and over the top for no valid reason. Stay away and find another company who actually values their oldest customers who kept them alive, provided feedback, and helped evolve their product.

I use the free version of uptime robot and it's fantastic for monitoring whether my websites are up or down. It has never let me down and I always recieve notifications exactly where I need them, whether via push notifications or email.

Lo llevo ocupando actualmente 28 dias el plan gratuito lo uso para entregar metricas de uptime a mis clientes de freelance posiblemente en un futuro cercano actualize al plan solo ya que ocupo metricas y ser un poco mas preciso con el tiempo de ping, ahora se que hay muchas opciones en el mercado que hacen esto, pero esto es una plataforma plug and play paga y funciona no me tengo que preocupar por darle mantenimiento ni los costos son desorbitados, y me ahorro el tiempo de desarollarlo por mi mismo, Lo Recomiendo.
