I have been using UptimeRobot for almost a decade. They have been invaluable in quickly identifying potential issues across multiple campuses ensuring we are always online.

UptimeRobot is very solid and dependable. We use it to monitor our public park security cameras and other park locations within our District.

I highly recommend this service to monitor your sites, it even has a free tier which is very useful.

Amazing service with very easy to set up dashboard.

I've used UptimeRobot for years to monitor a fleet of AWS servers and services. Our rare outages are generally caused by heavy bot activity or OS upgrade issues, and UptimeRobot always catches an unresponsive web app.

We also run a mix of other monitoring tools, but as they generally run interally it's not as trustworty as an outside source. Great experience and simple to add site urls. Tip: be sure to point UptimeRobot at a public API endpoint or something that doesn't get cached by a CDN or output caches. So it's really testing the backend.

We've applied to the not-for-profit programme and can't wait to hear back!

UptimeRobot made it easy to get it working on my website fast. With a project that heavily relies on UptimeRobot, they definitely deliver with speed.

Uptimerobot made it *really* easy to get started monitoring the uptime of our websites, which gave us useful metrics as to our own uptime, but also metrics we could compare against our MSPs metrics. This makes it very easy to keep tabs on our MSPs and ensure that they're not simply telling us what we want to hear.

In addition, having a central place we can use to keep tabs on certificate and domain expiration has made keeping track of upcoming deadlines for these much easier.

I am very happy that our school can use Uptimerobot.com. I, as an ICT administrator, have an accurate and quick overview of all internet outages and I can react there before the problem is detected by teachers or pupils of our school.

They are closing free accounts, you need to pay going forward. Changing terms to suit themselves.

Why not let the customers you have on the free plans remain active and one day they may upgrade when they can afford too.

Not a kind way to treat people making them pay going forward.

Your profile is not accurate at all about the "free plan".

I've used their service since 2010 for personal projects. In 2021 they changed their subscription model, it was a good deal! (well... it looked like it at least) Then the next year they moved me to other plan unexpectedly, and since then they have become more greedy and unpredictable. I'm now even locked out of my free account dashboard until I pick a billed plan. Having used more robust alternatives (both free and paid), I honestly advice companies and individuals to avoid using UptimeRobot.

I have used them for many years and it has worked well. I get an email as soon as any of my domains are down. The user interface is easy and intuitive.

I like the feeling of control Uptime robot gives me by almost instantly showing me if my online tool is offline. Even more thankful when it’s UP again.
