I've been a victim of the Upscale Valley platform as well, I was literally been forced to exposed my money until I couldn't expose more money and I lost everything. It's like gambling, I wouldn't advise anyone to even try it, cause once you try, you're finished. This is a fraudulent company. They get your money.

Scam scam scam scam scam scam scam never ever recharge any amount they will say it’s a randomly to get premium product but the truth is they can set up on this. Before you finish task you will receive higher and higher amount to recharge until you can’t recharge anymore because of the big amount. Do not trust this platform….😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Nothing FRAUDULENT happened. These ladies are STRONG HEADED. They do not qualify to be clients.
Before reading further regarding the experience with baskandlather, please read poor trustpilot feedback of baskandlather.
In sales call, we mentioned to client that scope of work includes PPC, SEO, Inventory Management and Catalogue Management. It does not include Images revamping or any creative related work but we will help you to have a comparative analysis of images with competitors and come up with improved version. It is clearly mentioned in contract. Client took a couple of days to go through contract as well and asked queries about a couple things. (This shows that they went through contract thoroughly)
After onboarding, they started becoming agitated. We clearly mentioned that we will need 7 business days time to onboard the project. They acknowledged that as well but during those 7 days, they showed concern on not initiating the project. We tried our best to cover up the concerns and then we had our onboarding meeting. In the meeting, our account manager talked about the images and cost related to it. They blamed us as fraud and whatnot but still we tolerated and tried to help them out in every way possible. They asked for refund. Even though, our contract time period was 3 months and there was notice period of 30 days but still we initiated the refund. An important point to note that client threatened us with lawyer and name shaming by their social media team in the very first mail even though there was not resistance in refund from our side and even though, it was by contract our right to have 30 days notice period.
Client sent us refund payment link through quickbooks and only ACH option was available. There was no option of credit card. We refunded and both parties got notification.
Payment could not went through and was reversed due to unknown issue of payment merchants (you cannot reverse an ACH payment) but client was so STRONG HEADED and stubborn that they were not ready to listen anything (we did not refuse to refund the payment again). At that time, client left negative reviews on platforms. We refunded the amount and its been a month now (just to make sure it does not get reversed again). Not good clients to work with and very disrespectful people.
I had PPC management service done by the company and amazed by the results. I experienced 70% increase in revenue. Highly recommend their service to all the Amazon sellers and those seeking assistance in launching on the platform!
