This company is a SCAM. They never said I could not trade the way i trade to get a payout. I applied for a payout and they denied me and had the audacity to tell me they would only payout 50% in the future on the account which is totally non followed of their own contract. Since they have falsely and unfairly denied me a payout and rest my account I will be going to all social media platforms to speak heavily about their scamming ways. I also will be doing major reviews on all platforms for their cowardice business practices.

I have 2 accounts pending for withdrawal for a total of 4,000USD but was still on hold without a valid reason for almost a month now.
account number #617932, #626401, these account now is stuck to awaiting withdrawal, passed and followed all conditions, they simply cannot approved the payout, and is not willing to pay me, instead i receive an email of "being selected to A-book" migration.

What this propfirm do is outright fraud hidden behind a cheap price and a shady scheme.

As a trader, the satisfaction and enjoyment we get and expect from a propfirm is when the payout is delivered on our account, in which Upcomers failed to deliver.

Everything from buying an account, ease of use, trading platform, support assistance, and account resolution is meaningless if, after all you go through to pass and become a funded trader, you don't get the payout you deserve that you worked hard for and spent time on.

It's not our problem if you have a plan for a new program called A-book, even if, in reality, you have no real plans to implement it and it's not true, because if you wanted it, it should already be there and being used.

The only reason why they are unable to release a payout from the successful and consistent traders is they don't have an existing system to copy/profit from our trades to a live market.

They depend solely on the challenge purchases of new/repeat buyers and used it to pay non-suspecting users.

• they have a never ending and record breaking sale price 90% off + Bogo.
• they don't have a system to profit from successful traders, yet still offer 99%split(recently changed to 90%).
• You'll get paid for smaller payouts(to earn your trust), but eventually you'll reach the threshold and max profits they are willing to release; then payouts will stop.
• When you show success and consistent profitability, they will shadow-ban and lock your account/deny payout in the promise of moving to a-book.
• An A-book migration that will never happen. It just serves as a cover and a way to avoid their obligation to pay large amounts to successful traders.

Upcomers have great potential; however they choose to neglect and waste the trust of traders who believe in them- such a waste.

We all tried to be calm, reasonable, and understanding, but upcomers failed and disappointed us, breaking promises they can't keep.

Fake daily downward

Do not be fooled by Upcomers’ slick homepage! Before buying, they promise "No Profit Target," "Unlimited Time," and "90% Profit Split." The moment you pay, you are locked into a post-purchase contract designed to wipe your profits and prevent payouts.

I traded their $50K account (90/10 split) and hit $1,380+ in net profit, only to face total payout rejection through their predatory terms:

1. The Mathematical Payout Trap (0.5% Rule vs. Capped Limits - Sec. 5.12)

The Impossibility: To request a payout, you must trade for at least 5 days and earn a minimum of 0.5% profit ($250) every single day.

The Trap: Even after jumping through these strict hoops and earning thousands, Section 5.12 allows them to arbitrarily change the payout structure and cap your withdrawal at just $500, locking the rest of your funds. You are forced to risk $50,000 just to be allowed to withdraw a fraction of what you earned.

2. Weaponized Terms to Wipe Your Earnings (Sec. 4.11 & 4.13)

They do not warn you while you trade. However, when you request a payout, they perform retroactive checks and label standard trades under 1 minute or normal lot sizes as Tick Scalping or Excessive Exposure.

Under Sections 4.11 & 4.13, they give themselves full power to zero out your legitimate profits ($1,380+ in my case) and reset your account balance to $50,000.

3. Total Exclusion of Liability & Unilateral Termination (Sec. 7.4, 7.5, 8.2 & 8.4)

Zero Liability for Technical Glitches (Sec. 7.4 & 7.5): If server lag, slippage, or platform freezes cause you to lose money, they take zero responsibility. Even if legally proven guilty, their liability is capped strictly at the challenge fee you paid—not your earned profits.

Arbitrary Account Cancellation (Sec. 8.2 & 8.4): They reserve the right to terminate your agreement without giving any reason. If terminated under alleged "violations," all your earned profits are immediately forfeited.

4. Data Exploitation & Jurisdictional Maze (Sec. 3.12 & 9.10)

Free Data Copying (Sec. 3.12): They freely copy and monetize your trading data without paying you a single cent.

Offshore Legal Trap (Sec. 9.10): Registered in Dubai’s IFZA free zone but forcing legal disputes into Czech Republic courts. This structure is specifically set up to make legal action financially impossible for international traders.

Final Verdict: Upcomers sells false simplicity, then uses predatory contract clauses to steal earnings and deny payouts. Stay far away from these scammers!

You buy an account with these guys. Follow all the written rules then you request payout and find out you didn’t have enough shorts so they tell you something like “you broke the rules but as a sign of goodwill we’re gonna pay you” then next time you decide to take more shorts to have a better balanced ratio, then they tell you “too much profit was from longs not enough from shorts.” Upcomers is full of hidden rules they use to block earned payouts. I have traded with several firms and non of which I’ve been denied my payout after being allowed to request.

I bought a challenge from them and was not able to verify my identity because of the DHS problem. So, I asked them for a refund and they gave me a refund.

Be careful with this propfirm. I'm not telling you that you can't get a payout (I had several) or be profitable under this propfirm but it's way harder compared to other propfirms. They have a whole bunch of trading rules in their terms and conditions. Totally fine and kind of common in this field. I had five accounts (profit share actually 90%). All accounts ended up at a 50% profit share because they use their rules howewer they need them to scale down the profit share. In four of the five cases that was totally fine and I definitely didn't stick to their rules. In the fivth case it was the same even if from my perspective I did'nt breached any of their rules. So it's really, really hard to fit into their idea of a good trader.

The next things are the spreads in the markets. These are absolutely insane! :D I've never seen spreads like this before. Actually I'd like to upload some screenshots to give you an idea of it but that's not possible. Quick example: You enter the XAUUSD market with 1 lot and are usually immediately at -40$ to -70$ (depending on the market conditions). So even if your stop loss and the take profit levels are perfect it's not possible to have a "perfect" trade. Your stop loss gets hit way earlier than planed and your take profit way later. That (at least in my case) leads to a lot of trades that I actually don't want to do and can lead to a very high drawdown. With other propfirms/brokers that won't happen that regularly.

Like always be careful. Yes, they are freaking cheap which is nice in the beginning but you probably should look for another propfirm where trading is more fair than here.

Update (02.09.26)
After my review here they reached out to me. For my payout request today I actually got the 90% profit share (even if they still found some rules I breached from their persepective). They also made me the offer to get into a special program which should give me a better support in the future. That's a great gesture and I appreciate that.

Anyway I go up from two to four stars now because that's a good customer service which is not something to be taken for granted. But it's also a bit sad that I first have to give a review here to be treated fair. That's the reason I don't go up to five stars.

My Experience with Upcomers

The main point of my review is simple, based on my experience, it feels like Upcomers does not want profitable traders to reach the 3rd or 4th payout.

I had already received multiple payouts from Upcomers. I also had three live accounts that were already in significant profit:

$100K — $109,718.02
$100K — $101,454.17
$25K — $34,086.30

That's $20,258.49 in combined profit across the three accounts.

Instead of allowing me to continue through the payout system, my accounts were suspended and I was told that they wanted to move me to an A-book.

This is where my concerns started.

Upcomers promotes a payout structure where traders can progress through multiple payout stages, eventually reaching unlimited withdrawals. But from my experience, the real problem is getting there.

I strongly believe traders should be very cautious about relying on the payout videos and payout proof posted on their social media. Don't assume those videos represent what will happen when you become a consistently profitable trader.

I also personally received an offer from Upcomers to make a video showing proof of my payout in exchange for an evaluation account. This made me question how much of the payout content being promoted is actually representative of the typical trader experience.

Based on my experience, I also have serious concerns about whether Upcomers is financially prepared to handle larger payouts. My personal impression is that they are comfortable with smaller payouts, but when the payout becomes significant, the situation changes. I cannot independently verify their financial capacity, so I am presenting this as my experience and concern not as a proven fact.

I gave Upcomers multiple opportunities to resolve my situation privately. I followed up, waited for promised updates, and remained patient. But my payout is still unresolved and communication has been extremely disappointing.

At this point, I have stopped expecting Upcomers to pay me. I'm done with this prop firm.

My advice to other traders is simple: don't waste your money buying an evaluation here without doing very careful research first. There are other prop firms available, so consider companies with evaluation and payout structures that you believe are realistic and transparent.

I have even seen $1 million+ evaluation accounts advertised on their website, but after my experience, I personally question whether the company can actually support the level of payouts that such accounts could potentially generate.

The biggest lesson I want other traders to take from my experience is this, Don't just ask, “Does this prop firm pay?”

Ask “Will they still pay me when I become consistently profitable and my withdrawal becomes significant?”

Because receiving a small payout is one thing. Being allowed to progress to the 3rd, 4th, and later payouts is another.

Do your own research before purchasing an account. Don't rely solely on payout screenshots, videos, or promotional content.

This is my personal experience with Upcomers, and I'm sharing it because I don't want other traders to learn the same lesson the hard way.

My experience with Upcomers — extremely disappointing

I have worked with several prop firms, and honestly, Upcomers is the worst experience I have ever had with a prop firm.

Their stated consistency requirement is 20%, yet I was shown a consistency calculation of over 1,000%. Yes, you read that correctly — more than 1,000%. 🤯

How is a trader supposed to realistically work with thousands of profitable trades to reach a 20% consistency requirement when the calculation can apparently show figures exceeding 1,000%?

What makes this even more frustrating is that there are additional rules that, in my opinion, are not sufficiently clear before trading. For example, moving your stop loss after the trade has moved against you can be considered a rule violation.

There are so many restrictions and conditions that it feels like the rules are designed to make traders fail rather than give them a fair opportunity to succeed.

I strongly recommend that anyone considering Upcomers carefully read every single rule and condition, including the less obvious ones, before paying for an account.

For me, this experience has completely destroyed my trust in the company.

Upcomers needs much more transparency.

I’ve read many horror stories here about Upcomers, i personally have been trading with them for a little while now i have successfuly got 4 payouts even though last 2 payouts didn’t happen the way i planned because the second to last payput has been penalised to a 50% withdrawal cap from my split because i have used a strategy that i didn’t know was prohibited and then the very last payout was 10% of my profits because of of my trades during the cycle has been flagged as tick scalping because i have placed my SL in profit and the market reversed at that exact moment and the trade lasted less than the 2min threshold to be valid BUT on thoses 2 occasions the error was on me so it felt justified compared to everything i have been reading on here.
So for thoses who claim that Upcomers don’t pay i think thoses claims are based on their frustration on the outcome of their situation but me i got paid yes it wasn’t life changing money BUT i got paid. I am not rating 5 stars for the simple reason that i didn’t quite like to discover that averaging a position down within risk management limitations was prohibited which also resulted in the account being suspended rather than profits wiped considering if i knew about it i wouldn’t have done it BUT regardless of that i am satisfied with the service provided, the price and the payout structure

Got my first payout with them with no problem continue trading onto the second stage of my payout, trading the same exact way that I did to receive my first payout, and when it was time to get my second payout they limited my payout to 50% and all future payouts to 50% due to a bunch of small rules they said I had broken that I have never heard of and I did not have one single day in drawdown while working to my second payout, I completed it in five trading days. mind you,. I traded the same exact way for my second payout that I did on my first pay payout and nothing was said. There were rules that I have never even heard of they like saying just because you reached payout stage does not mean you will receive the payout they investigate how profits were generated,. In my opinion, I think that is BS. If they do not like your strategy on how you trade, they will simply deny your payout and there’s nothing you can do about it.

I am new to upcomers and i didnt check here first. The rules work against you, the fees are astronomical. There are much better propfirms. They can keep the positive account. If i ran it up it would just be a hassle to get the money. STOP NO AND DONT. THEY TRASH.
I also want to add experience from just this weekend. Now keep in mind this is a simulated account. On .25 BTC TRADE.... The fee for on over the weekend is over 500 dollars and i had two blew my trade before SL. Come on man on simulated account. Thats yhe highest fees i have ever seen. If they thete to teach, man real world situation does not include this at real prop firms. Rules s/b posted and not fine printed. LIKE i really didnt even know that it was simulated another fine print i had to ask ABOUT. 3 SHELL TRICK GOT ME.

This company is pure scam. They were very sweet in the beginning helping out any problems with the platform and their mails are so sugar coated. when it comes to payout, i don't think they have paid out to any trader yet. firstly on a 100k account, you can try to withdraw only 1000 out of your profit and you can increase the next month by another 1000 for 7 times. so i had a 6.5K profit, i applied for my first withdrawal, they came back with a big mail to my style of trading, they quoted position stacking, martingale, tick scalping, hedging ,reactive trading patterns, risk management not putting stoploss.
they refused payment and reset my account back to 100k and now offering 50% payout adhering to all the above rules in addition to meeting daily drawdown, overall drawdown and also 5 days of .5% of account size.
Guys, i have accounts with most top prop firms and have been withdrawing consistently but this firm will not pay anyone, i can assure you which is the reason, i asked them to cancel both my accounts, of course, the 10K was free account. so bottom line is stay away as you are wasting your money and time.

This company is pure scam. I had 2 accounts running, 1 of my first trades (on both accounts) tapped out extremely high. After that i contacted support, they said it was normal. Even though on my account off other platforms my trade wasn't tapped out.

I also looked up other reviews and saw people had exact the same thing. Spreads can go up to 500-600 pips which is extreem high.

After my first review, support of Upcomers contacted my. They would give my an Ash 200 k account for free if i deleted my review. After this i received a settlement agreement. They asked me to remove my review, what i do understand. But i could also not speak about this document for 3 year, and there were fines for not doing everything or not deleting the review fast enough.

Stay away from this company
