After reading many of the reviews of people on trustpilot, I decided to read the rules more carefully to make sure I follow them correctly. It made a difference. I reached payout and got my first payout into my account. Upcomers is okay by me so far. I recommend that people read the rules first before placing trades. Then follow the rules if you like them. If you don't like the rules but want to trade stocks, try tradethepool.com. I'm sticking with upcomers for now. Why go anywhere else?
Dont AND I MEAN DONT BUY A CHALLENGE YOU WILL NOT GET PAID AND UR MONEY WILL BE SCAMMED. DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THEY ARE SCAMMERS THIS IS NOT A LEGITIMATE PROP FIRM.
EDDIESOLUTION, has been consistent with my profits every week. They give me my pay in my wallet immediately I request for it but my experience here was negatively different. *
This will be my last review and I would not be leaving any reviews anymore.
7 months since my payout has been withheld and my account been suspended due to their "A-Book" transition that never happened.
Numerous times I have contacted them and the response it's always that they're aware of the issue but not offering any resolution. Emailing to their support team is pointless, even when you specifically follow their instructions of getting issue review by a senior member, they will ignore you for weeks.
I no longer want to pursue any further since Upcomers shows their unprofessionalism behind their necessities, but also a fraud that would deliberately breach a signed contract.
My warning to traders out there, if you're profitable trader, get your payout and leave. Don't keep trading until they lock you out with this so called "A-book" transition that's just an excuse to not pay you.
To Upcomers, don't bother contacting me, you have my details and my emails that you never bother to fix the issue. No need for you to tell me to contact your support team nor contact me for any resolution. If you wanted to fix, it would've been done months ago.

WORST DAMN PROP EVER !!!
I am extremely disappointed with how Upcomers has handled my case.
I had a USD 500 payout request on account #635751. Instead of simply processing the payout, Upcomers suspended the account and relied on two issues: use of my card to assist separately registered/KYC-verified friends with purchases, and alleged coordinated/copy trading.
I have never denied that my card was used. What I have disputed from the beginning is the way Upcomers has characterised and punished the situation.
The card use was authorised by me. There was no stolen card, no unauthorised transaction, no fake identity, no fictitious customer, no chargeback and no attempt to hide who the customers were. The other individuals were genuine, separately registered and separately KYC-verified customers.
Upcomers also alleged similar/coordinated trading. I explained that we have traded together for years, learned the same methodology and often focus on the same instrument/session. I supplied a detailed comparison of the trading histories showing that, although some entries were similar, the accounts materially diverged in trade management, including closing times, SL/TP behaviour and position sizing.
I did not simply complain publicly and refuse to cooperate.
I tried repeatedly to resolve this privately.
Matej acknowledged the distinction I was making between authorised card use and fraudulent payment use, and between similar trading styles and actual copy trading/account operation. He said he raised those points internally.
Ross then confirmed that my detailed submission and supporting documents had been forwarded for further review.
Mary subsequently confirmed on 12 September 2026 that the relevant Risk/Compliance team would be available on Monday and would contact me once the information had been reviewed.
Monday passed.
I followed up again ON 16 SEPT 2026
As of 16 September 2026, I still have not received a substantive Risk/Compliance response addressing the actual issues raised.
What makes this particularly frustrating is that I have not been asking Upcomers to simply “take my word for it.” I have asked them to address specific questions against their own Terms, trading data and internal records, including:
which exact version of the Terms applied to the purchases concerned;
the basis for concluding that the payment use was intended to circumvent their rules;
how the trading satisfies their own published copy-trading criteria;
how claims of synchronised trading reconcile with the actual exit data; and
why the most severe outcome — full payout rejection, suspension and permanent restriction — was considered appropriate.
I have been both a customer and an affiliate of Upcomers, and I genuinely tried to handle this professionally and internally before writing this review.
At this point, what concerns me most is not merely that Upcomers disagrees with me. Companies are entitled to investigate genuine compliance concerns.
The problem is the combination of a very serious punishment, followed by repeated statements that the matter is being reviewed, without a substantive response to the evidence and questions provided.
I am still willing to resolve this directly and professionally with Upcomers. If Risk/Compliance provides a proper written response and the matter is resolved fairly, I will update this review accordingly.
However, if the matter remains unresolved, I am also considering documenting the full timeline and supporting evidence more publicly so that other traders can make their own informed decisions based on the complete record.
For now, I am simply asking Upcomers to do what I have been asking for throughout:
review the actual evidence, address the contractual points properly, and provide a clear final written decision.
Title: Unprofessional Prop Firm – Delayed Refund & Hidden KYC Restrictions
Review:
Do NOT trade with Upcomers if you want a professional experience. They accepted my payment for account #692100 without clearly stating their country restrictions during signup. When I couldn't pass KYC due to holding a Syrian passport, I formally agreed to close the account.
They officially confirmed the refund of $17.49 to my Wish Money card, but now they are stalling with standard automated replies about "processing timelines." They take your money instantly but hold your refund when the error was caused by their lack of clarity. Absolutely unacceptable service and continuous delay. Fix this and issue my refund receipt immediately

My experience with Upcomers has been extremely disappointing.
I have worked with several funding companies, and I have never experienced as many difficulties with withdrawals as I have with Upcomers.
I had two funded $100k accounts, one Instant and one EON with five phases. I managed to accumulate approximately $7,000 in profit, but received only $800.
During my first round of withdrawals, my profit split was reduced to 50% following a review of my trading style. The reasons mentioned included adjusting lot sizes, re-entering positions shortly after closing previous trades, and closing trades in less than two minutes.
I am a scalper/intraday trader, and these restrictions make it extremely difficult to trade my strategy normally. I understand the importance of risk management, but I believe the rules should be clear and transparent from the beginning.
During my second round of withdrawals, the money was deducted from my account with the message “Reset by Admin,” and my withdrawal was rejected.
Another issue was the 30% crypto withdrawal fee, which I was told was related to a liquidity crisis in Dubai. Regardless of the reason, I believe such significant costs should be clearly communicated before traders choose this payment method.
What makes this experience even more frustrating is that, after my first review, I was contacted with a proposal involving a reward in exchange for signing an NDA and removing the review. I declined because I believe traders should be able to share their genuine experiences.
I am sharing this review because I believe other traders deserve to know what happened before committing their money and time to this company.
My experience has been extremely negative, particularly when it comes to payout transparency and the way trading rules are applied during account reviews.

I am posting this to describe my own experience with Upcomers and have screenshots/account records supporting the figures below.
I traded a funded Classic Turbo account and ultimately generated approximately $2,887 in profit. Account number 1417877
I completed the required 5/5 qualifying trading days, met the minimum payout requirement and brought my Best Day consistency within the 20% cap.
The Upcomers dashboard then explicitly displayed:
“Eligible for payout”
“ALL RULES MET”
“3 of 3 requirements met”
and enabled the withdrawal button.
I requested my withdrawal.
During the subsequent Risk Team review, Upcomers classified parts of my trading as One-Sided Bets, Quick Strike, Tick Scalping, Martingale, Excessive Position Size, Excessive Combined Exposure and Position Stacking.
Their review stated, among other things, that 40 of 91 trades were classified as Tick Scalping, 38 as Position Stacking and eight as Martingale.
My withdrawal was rejected, the profits from the reviewed period were reset/removed, and I was informed that future payout requests on this account would be subject to a 50% payout limit. They also stated that another breach could result in account suspension without payout eligibility.
I accept that a prop firm is entitled to enforce clearly disclosed trading rules. My concern is the transparency and application of those rules at payout review.
I have therefore formally appealed and asked Upcomers to identify the exact trades behind each allegation, the objective thresholds applied, the rule/version applicable when my account was purchased, and how each alleged Martingale/stacking/exposure violation was calculated.
I have also asked them to explain whether the same trades were counted under several different violation categories and why the entire profitable period was rejected rather than only profit demonstrably connected to prohibited trades.
I will update this review if Upcomers provides the requested trade-by-trade evidence or changes its decision.
For anyone considering the service, my experience is that seeing “ALL RULES MET” and “Eligible for payout” on the dashboard did not mean the subsequent manual Risk Team review would approve the withdrawal.
I recommend reading not only the headline account rules but also all of their prohibited-strategy and risk-management provisions before trading.
Update: Since my review , upcomers have tried flagging my review for defamory content but trust piolet reviewed my review and said It was good. Just give me the money I earned guys lol

Most of their rules are not stated, you only get to see them after you request a payout. I made a profit of over 1300 usd, did not even get a cent. I was told i violated the rules but the whole time nothing was said.. i bought 5 challenges and only got to pass one to get a payout. This is the worst experience in my trading journey. Save your money traders, rather buy your mom something than to buy a prop firm account with upcomers. I am so hurt because it seems like they do this deliberately

I would have saved myself of the stress only if I had done extra research before committing. They do not practice what they preach. I came across of 100solid llc on Quora. Initially I had zero motivation to try. I decided to test the water with the lowest plan. I didn't know it would be my source with the consistent delivery of result I have seen. My portfolio has seen significant growth and the payout process is lightning fast

Still refusing to give me my full payouts due to rules not stated. Will be reporting them to CySEC, DET and a TCR Form. I think everyone should do the same before they are swindled the same way. Here are the details of the company:
- Royal Flow - FZCO (License #35886, United Arab Emirates)
- Upcomers Ltd. (Registration #2025-00579, Saint Lucia)
- Upcomers Ltd. (Registration #HE 490773, Cyprus — handles payment processing
- FAKE MIAMI OFFICE - 100 Biscayne Blvd, 12th Floor, Miami, FL 33132
- CEO - Jakub Zeliska alongside Royal Flow - FZCO
Update: Their support team again did not help whatsoever. They are still not going by the actual rules that everyone sees while buying an account, they are using hidden rules (said to be in the terms in conditions after multiple messages back and forth) after a payout is requested that are not trackable through their platform at all when trading. This is an insane scheme where they take all of your initial testing fees and then refuse to pay you out once you are profitable.

I purchased an UltraNova "1-Hour Instant Funding" account (€281.59) after reviewing the rules Upcomers displayed at checkout. Their checkout page shows a panel — expandable, and labelled "All Rules" — listing the profit target (2%), max loss (2%), Min. Trading Days: 0, time limit, and a payout described as automatic: "1h After First Trade | Every Dollar Earned. Paid in Full," with a tooltip stating that once you hit the target, profit is sent to you with "no withdrawal request needed."
I did exactly what those rules asked. I hit the 2% profit target within the one-hour window — in fact I reached +28% (about $28,000 in account profit). By the terms shown on that "All Rules" panel, that should have been a pass.
It was marked FAILED.
The reason given was a "20% Trade Consistency" rule and a 5-trade minimum — neither of which appears anywhere on the "All Rules" panel I was shown at purchase. When I raised this, support's response was that the full rules are "in the Help Center." So a panel presented to the buyer as "All Rules" is, by their own admission, not all the rules — the conditions that actually determine pass/fail are kept elsewhere.
It gets worse: support told me the consistency rule requires "a minimum of 5 trades," while the very same checkout page states Min. Trading Days: 0. Those two statements directly contradict each other, and I was charged under the one that made the account look passable.
To be clear about what these accounts are: per Upcomers' own site footer, they provide "trading accounts within a simulated environment." Fine — but if the profit is simulated, the €281.59 I paid was real, and it was taken on the basis of a rules panel that omitted the rules used to fail me.
After escalation, a "senior review" refused to reconsider and told me to "read the Help Center carefully before your next purchase." There will not be a next purchase.
My advice: if you're considering UltraNova, do not trust the "All Rules" panel at checkout. Assume there are additional pass/fail conditions not shown there, and read the separate Help Center article in full before paying — because the summary you're sold on is not the rule set you're judged on.
