A breathe of fresh air this company. I bought some products which didnt suit me and the company kindly offer to replace them with something else. Not many companies would do that! All in all a pleasure to buy from and although not everything suited me, what did is amazing. Thanks Upcircle. Will be back to buy again.

I like the natural ingredients but unfortunately my skin reacted pretty badly.
Careful not to accidently click the 'Subscribe' button. There are several on the way to check out and no chance to cancel the order as you're not notified until item has been dispatched. They also charge for returns.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with UpCircle Beauty!

I realised immediately after placing my order that I hadn’t been able to use my preferred payment method and that the 10% first-order discount hadn’t been applied. I contacted customer support within less than five minutes of placing the order and asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded.

Instead, I was told that I should wait for the order to arrive and, if I still didn’t want it, arrange a return for a full refund.

This really surprised me, particularly because sustainability is such an important part of UpCircle’s brand ethos. If a customer contacts you within minutes of placing an order specifically asking for it to be cancelled, requiring the order to be delivered first and then returned creates completely unnecessary packaging, delivery and return journeys.

What makes the situation more frustrating is that I am apparently also expected to cover the cost of returning an order that I tried to cancel within minutes of placing it!

I appreciate that mistakes can happen at checkout, but I would have expected a more customer-focused solution in this situation, especially from a brand that places such a strong emphasis on sustainability.

I’m sharing this honestly because I think there is a disconnect between the sustainability values being promoted and the way this particular situation was handled. I hope UpCircle will reconsider its checkout/cancellation process so that customers aren’t put in a position where an avoidable delivery and return are created in the first place.

I ordered a pack of samples, and I was hoping to use you face cream on a regular basis, but the smell of it is really off putting... to me it smells like a mix of coffee grounds and cigarette ash (quite disgusting...)
I know you use coffee grounds in your products...
but cigarette ash is a step foo far...!!!

I had a query on my recent order the response from email was almost immediate and without any question my issue was dealt with straight away ..cannot fault their customer service

I ordered the sample pamper set for a gift, it looked great on Instagram......It's tiny sachets of product in a flimsy cardboard box the size of a deck of playing cards. It looks so cheap. The packaging was crushed, the gift was crushed and it looks so cheap. I'm sure when I ordered it said it was reduced from £29.99 to £20. There's no way this is worth anything like either price. I would not embarrass myself giving this to a friend. On special promotion I got a further one for £14, again crushed packaging, a body oil £10 off, crushed packaging. Not impressed at all. £50 spent in total.

I used the peptide serum and i found I dont need to use mosituriser, I could but it makes my face feel matt and non shiney. I am 64 years old with combination skin.

Customer service is absolutely excellent. Prompt responses, great knowledge of products, helpful and friendly! Tried a trial sample box to get an idea of products. Great quality, packaging. I've been wanting to move away from plastics and start using sustainable products and Upcircle tick all the boxes. I would thoroughly recommend! 😊

I wasn’t sure which products to order as I have some allergies, so I got in touch and received some really friendly helpful advice and information. I have now ordered the pamper pack of sample sizes, which included the products they recommended, so I can try them before buying full size products. The rest of the samples that aren’t suitable for my own use, will be passed on to friends and hopefully they will also become new customers!

Love their products! Ive used the cleanser, moisturiser, SPF moisturiser, face oil, facial scrub and the body lotion. Love everything about their ethics too.

Great service and beautiful products, the coffee eye cream is amazing

I am extremely disappointed with UpCircle Beauty. They stored my card details against my will without any option to delete them from my profile. On July 30th, they unauthorizedly charged my card for €75.63 for a "subscription" I never signed up for or agreed to.When I checked my account on August 13th, there was NO active subscription listed. However, after I emailed them to complain, they retroactively manipulated their system to insert a fake subscription and order history to cover up the unauthorized withdrawal.This is a complete scam and breach of trust. I had to permanently cancel my bank card due to this fraud, and my bank is now officially investigating them via a chargeback procedure. Avoid this company, they will steal your money and lie about it!

Love this face cream, quickly absorbed leaving your skin feeling soft and mousturised and no pilling when applying other products and it smells great.

Ordering was easy, delivery arrived in good time and the products work.
I purchased the facial sun cream first, got a sample of the eye cream so then ordered that too as my skin felt so good after applying it.
I apply the sunscreen before make up as it is white. It works well although I don’t tend to sit with my face in the sun most of the time anyway. I have not burnt at all. I am pleased with both products, they are in glass jars with metal lids so can be recycled. Would recommend UpCircle.
