The support staff for the Xentry system are very professional. They have solved my system problems many times. You may ask why does a PC diagnostic system require alot of support, and in my case many times. MS WIndows is a strange creater and will sometimes reset drivers or settings which upset the whole Xentry system. After all, Xentry is a Mercedes(german) computer trying to interface to a Microsoft computer(USA). I think you can see how problems occur. The support team is always there to help. It may take a few days for them to have an available slot for the engineer to his/her stuff, just be patient and your system will be up and running before you know it

I’ve been ordering from these guys for almost 10 years. They’ve always been quick to respond to any of my needs and are very competitive in their pricing. Have serviced several of my devices even when out of warranty and typically only ask for me to cover the shipping costs. I’ve ordered from other China distributors before but UOBDII is by far my #1 choice.

The staff at UOBD2 was very helpful with my purchase of a key cutter. I had trouble with my order entry (user error) and they worked with me to cancel the order and then to reorder. They worked closely with me to get tracking status during the holidays when the carrier was on holiday. With all the delays in shipping, I expected delivery to take 3 or so weeks, it was delivered within a week. Thanks so much UOBD2, it was a great experience.

One of the most professional sellers from China. Always there when you need help or information (within their work time, of course)! They've got lots of clients which could cause some delays sometimes but they have not left any issue unsolved so far. Support is one of the best among Chinese sellers too.

UOBD2 has been my go-to for all our business needs. Angel has been there since we started, and the service had been A+ since day one. I have never been disappointed and they have gone over and beyond.

Dealt with this company a few times and trusted them even though most times I ordered items from "UK Warehouse" they actually came direct from China-I accepted this without complaint. This month i ordered 2 items, one at £243 and other £250, both I was told were in stock in China despite one saying UK Dispatch! Paid for both , week later tracking still not working, contacted firm ,told NO STOCK, can I wait a month or so !! NO I CANT i had a refund. But why ,if stock is in China , or if out of stock,cant they be honest and upfront with buyers , I have lost confidence in them now.
