very fast and safe in shiping my items, thanks

Hallo,

Habe dort Diagnosehardware gekauft.

I am located in the USA and I bought a gm mdi passthrough with a laptop that has gm software installed. It worked great with zero issues. I was even able to program computers through gm online servers with the mdi.
I tried installing other software on the laptop a month or so after purchase, I messed something up during install of other software. Customer support at uobdii was amazing. Within a few days they fixed every problem I had with the laptop through TeamViewer..
I would absolutely recommend buying through them without hesitation cause they are there to help.

Very good service , the installation was made vía teamviewer without delay, thank you so much

Fast delivery of connecting cable.
Out-of-date software was immediately replaced by up-to-date software upon request. Everything works according to requirements and serves diagnostics.
Full satisfaction.

Very good experience buying a MDI diagnostic interface from this site. My package was lost by the transportation company and the customer support team from UOBDII was kind enough to inform me about this unfortunate event. They sent me a new package at no cost with a different transportation company and I received it very quickly! The product works as described. Very happy with the customer support service. I fully recommend them. Will definitely buy my next diagnostic interface from them in the future :)

Without asking the hdd was sent seperately from china, so i received 1 part of the order which is useless without the other part.

Edit: The Team apologized for the delay.

Really good website with very good after sales service. Always a quick answer to your questions. Also low prices. Big recommendation.
