Very fast and excellent services

Very good after sales service.I am very satisfied.

MAXISYSを購入しましたが、こちらの連絡にも対応が早く、とても信頼できるショップです。日本語で対応してもらえるともっと良いですが、、

Great shop, helpful and fast dealing with customers.

Good contact via Skype after ordering the programmer. Help me via TeamViewer with installation and start sofware. Thanks:)

Great site, and great person. Karen, is a pro. You can trust this person. I had problems with a package, and she managed to resolve the problem for me, and it wasn't her fault. Thank you Karen again. There are few people like you in this world.

The guys are great and the site is also generally super. I bought a lot of things from them and I am very pleased. They are ready to help you at any time and will help you with everything. I am pleased with all the products that I bought my Autel PCMTUNER Fetrotech kess k-tag galletto cable for Mercedes and for BMW. very pleased. Big and huge respect to the guys. They are really very responsive and kind. this site and all its guys deserve huge respect, thank you very much. Yes, I forgot to say that the prices here are simply super and the product is of high quality. I advise you to take a lot and 100 percent no one will have any complaints or problems.

Arrogant and incompetent staff, my order didn’t even see the light. Karen (chief of staff) or the person in charge of the store, has mocked me and my country for literally nothing. (Beware names can change but you will still deal with the same thing).
They expect you as customer to pay and leave. You can’t ask questions, and if you do you will be met with fire and fury. Your life quality is way better having nothing to do with this store. A word of advice to all readers and potential buyers, don’t let them charm you at first, troubles will accrue as fast as you raise a concern.

i work with this shop many years, bought many programmers, very happy with the purchase

I bought from here a reprogramming service to cut off EGR and DPF from the software of the ECM. The guys here are really good and seriously. They do their work really good.

I recommend, very helpful and reliable. Everything was fine. Doesn’t let you down, even there is a huge distance between us.
