Ordered an ELRS transmitter and 4 ELRS receivers in one order.
They would not work together, as I eventually found out the firmware was incompatible, they suggested that I return them and they would * charge me * for installing compatible firmware to make them work together. This took days to sort out as you have to wait up to 24 hours for a reply. Terrible company avoid at all costs.
Being retired I no longer have or use a laptop.

Orders are turned arround in a blink of an eye, great product range and excellent product knowledge, extremely helpful and speedy when proving advice and answering questions. These guys will be my go to drone shop from now on

Very fast and efficient, no issues at all with ordering and delivery process. Had a manufacturer issue with drone, dealt with by support very professionally, with a very suitable outcome.

1. When an item is on back order you still pay for it upfront Yet they withhold the entire order until the item on back order come through
2. You can hardly ever reach anyone at customer service department, you are often sent to a chat bot
3. 31 days return policy is too short for a company that deals with tech items. Tech items are complex and take time to set up.(we were building a drone) When we asked to return the items it took a month to reach someone at customer service by then they said it was too late and they refused my return.

As a conclusion, I would not recommend unmanned tech shop due to its poor customer service, failure to update you on back orders despite taking your money, and inflexibility when it comes to return policy.

Fantastic Service, and an unbeatable price, for the LDARC X 43 micro crawler. And also the LDARC 'payground' wooden ramps/see saw etc. Full FREE delivery, with Royal Mail 48 hour. Updates were awesome. A great company, that I am looking forward to using again. And will recommend, to family, and friends. At 63 years old, it is great to see service, in the UK, this fantastic. I had a small issue with a cancelled order, but it was resolved immediately.

I've used Unmanned Tech several times now and they have always delivered without any issues. Their prices are competitive and service is good.

Recently I received a faulty battery and when I contacted them, they responded promptly are working to resolve the issue. In my most recent communication, Alex informed me that he would contact the manufacturer to seek a refund. If all goes smoothly my 5 star rating will remain in place and I will be happy to continue doing business with this company.

I have bought various walksnail kits from them now with no issues to date. Competitive prices and good delivery times. I will definitely keep on using this company.

Had a great positive experience from them. Bought my first FPV drone here.

I ordered a 1/43 mini crawer. It was delivered very quick.

The rear corner was sticking. I got in touch and explained my problem.
Then, I managed to pull a wire off the motor.

I sent the car back. Within days it had been repaired and returned.

I would definitely buy from them again.

I ordered a gimbal for a faulty controller that BetaFPV send me. I live in the Netherlands and this shop is in the UK. The item was sent right away, but there were no status updates from DPD for a week. Emailed them and we sorted the problem out and I was refunded. Although I wanted the gimbal of course I was happy with the professional way Unmanned Tech picked it up and resolved it. Pleasant and reliable company to deal with.

Chanced my arm and asked if they would be getting a specific part thats not been available in the UK to date also the maker won't ship direct to me.

Alex, who responded requested the item with their order from the supplier and it came in. Above and beyond expectations. Also spoke to cameron who followed it up for me.

I've used UMT for a while but recently, I've also noticed packages are being dispatched quicker and I'm even recieving them next day which is not the norm here apart from amazon.

Bought something from them recently, and they took it upon themselves to give my email address to some third party "points" app, who then proceeded to harass me with emails - to download their app.
Absolute joke.
I won't be buying products from them again.
