Universal Pallets Anmeldelser

Really great - everything was ready to collect. Extremely helpful and even helped with loading

Good quality pallets and fast delivery. Nice to get the VAT invoice straight away rather than having to chase like with many suppliers.

Totally first class service and Rachel was very supportive for a fast delivery. Will use again.

Rachel was brilliantly helpful and kind in accommodating what was a very small order, nevertheless she tirelessly got out of her way to find a solution that worked for our specific needs. I couldn't recommend Universal Pallets more, both on the professionalism and the friendliness front. A flawless experience.

Very straight forward procedure from order to delivery. Spoke with the same person on each occasion who was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The pallets purchased were of a good standard and we would re-order again.

The Clay Pigeon Company

Ordered 100 pallets (1200 x 1000) online.
Communication, delivery and service all excellent.
Will use again in the future.

Amazing personal service and attention to detail. Efficient and fast.

I needed pallets at very short notice, Universal Pallets came to the rescue! Thank you so much. Roger

Having no clue about which pallets to use Rachel helped me through the options. Even though it was only a small order I still felt like a valued customer. Would recommend this company and definitely use again.

I ordered pallets to a residential address which posed some tricky access issues for delivery. I called in advance and Rachel was beyond helpful. The pallets arrived in an appropriate vehicle with a pump truck so I didn't need to worry about manouvering the product myself. The pallets are all in great condition and I am over the moon. Thankyou to everyone at Universal Pallets for a great service - will definetly be using again in the future

Great pallets, great quality and quick delivery with friendly service.

Ordered pallets for a next day delivery, came on time and as described. Excellent service

Pallets came on time and in great condition. would definitely use them again

Placed my first order online, the whole process was simple and straightforward. I chose Universal Pallets for value and delivery times.
The payment was processed efficiently and the pallets were delivered on time and in perfect condition.
The driver was very professional and went the extra mile to help stow the pallets (10) conveniently.
Every interaction has been flawless and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We use Universal pallets for all our pallet needs. They never let us down, deliver on time, when we need them and always the quality we want.

Good prompt service and good product but communication was poor. I needed to know when the delivery would be. I emphasised this on ordering and was told I would be notified. When I had heard nothing after a couple of days I phoned again and was assured that the deliverer would be notified and was aware that I needed to know prior to delivery.... Then they just turned up unannounced. Good product, just need better customer communications.

Great service website was easy to use delivery was swift and the prices were really reasonable

We have used Universal Pallets a couple of times and have always received fast, reliable service and competitive prices.

Thanks

Very pleased with the service all round. Very quick delivery and very friendly.

Great company to deal with, pricing is clear. I was using pallets to build a sunlounger (and since, a birdhouse!) And I was sent a really useful and informative email regarding what to look out for etc. Delivery was quick, phones are answered straight away and help given if needed.
I wholeheartedly recommend this company.
