Absolutely the worst

Package lost in transit. It arrived in Chicago never to be seen again. No way to talk to a human, just a chatbot that does absolutely nothing to help. UniUni received the package on the 12th only to never update again. The company that i ordered frim cant even find it. This company ABSOLUTELY SUCKS.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it is when a package appears to stop updating during transit.

We do want to clarify, however, that UniUniTracking.com is an independent, fan-made informational website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by UniUni Express Inc. We are not UniUni’s customer-support department and unfortunately cannot access their internal shipment systems, investigate individual packages, contact drivers, or resolve delivery issues.

Our website provides publicly available tracking information and general information about UniUni from multiple sources. For a package that appears to be missing or has stopped updating, the appropriate party to contact is official UniUni support and, where applicable, the retailer/seller that shipped the order.

We’re sorry that your experience with the actual shipment has been frustrating, but unfortunately we’re not in a position to investigate or resolve the delivery ourselves.

⭐ 0 Star – Terrible Customer Service and Communication

My experience with UniUni was extremely frustrating. The driver texted me at 8:00 AM and clearly stated that my package would be delivered and handed to me before 12:00 PM. I adjusted my entire day around that promise.

By 12:45 PM, the driver had still not arrived and completely ignored multiple text messages asking for an update. No explanation, no courtesy message, and no accountability.

I contacted UniUni customer support hoping they would help. Unfortunately, the agent appeared to ignore what I was actually saying. Despite repeatedly explaining that the issue was the driver's broken promise and lack of communication, I kept receiving generic copy-and-paste responses telling me the package was out for delivery and could arrive within 24–48 hours. That did nothing to address my concern.

People make plans based on delivery commitments. If a driver cannot meet the promised timeframe, the least they can do is send an update or respond to messages. Instead, I was left waiting with no information while customer service failed to address the actual issue.

The lack of communication, lack of responsiveness from both the driver and support team, and the overall disregard for the customer's time made this a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend UniUni based on this experience.
