Fraud !!!
i´ve ordereda R301D frame set. The manufacturer sent the wrong fork for external cabling and without a hole in the steerer tube instead of for internal cabling. The adapter plate for the front derailleur was also missing. Pictures of the wrong fork and the accessories without the adapter were sent to the manufacturer. They asked for even more pictures. Additional clear pictures were sent. No response at all from the manufacturer. Shady scam company. Be careful. I’ve already bought frame sets from other Chinese manufacturers (Lightcarbon, among others). Never had any problems and the quality was better.

The R053D frame is great.

I'm referring to the HB-008 Handlebar.
I ordered a second one.

Unfortunately, only four Spacers were included, which wasn't enough for the complete internal Routing.
My requests were not taken seriously, which is a real shame.

Not very professional.

My customer experience with tide ace was very good. I was looking at the tide ace arez evo frameset and the helped me with the purchase and customization of the frameset in a very good way. The contact with tide ace was very good and the frameset was recieved in a very quick time. The after sale support was also very nice and I had no bad experience at all. For me 5 stars is the only conclusion.

Bonjour entreprise sérieuse. Commande simple et rapide. La communication avec Eddy est très utile et les réponses sont rapides. Concernant le cadre il est de très bonne qualité, le carbone est top et complet avec toutes les pièces . La finition est parfaite, rien à envier aux grandes marques !!!

Well made frames and support is also well enough. Had an issue unfortunately with the rivet holes and was told by the support to do it myself and didn't receive any further help besides a discount code, even though it should've been a warranty case, then I got ignored by them unfortunately. Delivery and shipping was quick and safe. Crash replacement is also good, got a good discount. So far support answers quick.

Edit: They helped me out with a seatpost clamp, quick and fast response.

Edit: Had ongoing issues with the seatpost making a frequent clicking noise, wrote the support and didn't receive an answer yet. Plus the seatpost appears to have larger tolerances. If you pay the support is quick and responsive, if you need real support, don't expect something serious from then.

My next frame will definitely be from another company.

I found out about this manufacturer by accident. I ordered a GV-201 frame. Unlike other manufacturers, I liked this particular model. The delivery was timely and accurate, taking about two weeks. The paint job was excellent. I started assembling the bike, and so far, there have been no issues. Let's see how it performs in practice.
I would like to wish the manufacturer more interesting colors in the paint and photos of how they will look in these colors.

I have been purchasing from Chinese manufacturers from the beginnings and I only have positive words for Eddy. He takes care of the whole process and keeps you updated about delivery times, also the finishing of the bike frames is one of the best I have experienced.

Tideace is definitely a Chinese bicycle manufacturer you can trust. Eddy is a top-notch contact person who's available for any questions. I've already built up several Tideace frames, and EVERYTHING worked flawlessly. They work precisely and cleanly. Furthermore, compared to Western brands, you get exactly what you'd expect from a modern bicycle frame: tire clearance, UDH frame, etc. Definitely recommended!!
