I feel the service I get is well tailored to my requirements. Over a long period of time in dealing with United Cellars they have developed a good profile of what I like to purchase. the offers they make to me often result in a sale. There is no sense of being pushed to make a purchase.

If ordering Meili Vodka was an Olympic sport, Miles would be taking home the gold every fortnight. He somehow manages to make ordering my regular supply of happiness-on-the-rocks ridiculously easy and genuinely enjoyable.
Miles is always friendly, helpful, and efficient—so much so that I'm starting to suspect he has a direct line to the vodka gods. No matter what I need, he sorts it out without a fuss and with a great attitude.
Let's be honest: nobody wants customer service that's as dry as a bad martini. Thankfully, Miles delivers the exact opposite. Every interaction is smooth, pleasant, and leaves me wondering why all customer service can't be this good.
Give this man a raise, a trophy, or at the very least a bottle of the good stuff. Absolute legend.

After a couple of purchases I can say…
After a couple of purchases I can say the wines I’ve purchased have been exceptional and good value.
I like the fact these wines are sourced not just for the excellent examples of there varieties that they are, but also for the overall quality and value from money aspect too.
We like many are drinking less but still like to drink solid wines, but don’t have $100+ per bottle budgets.
These wines fit our brief and I’ll most definitely be back for more GSM
Also thank you for the rapid replies to my questions, it’s great to get instant feedback back to questions.
