I am giving 5 stars for the customer support we receive. Our queries are always answered and we receive good customer service. I can't fault the IT team who work hard to help. The system itself is user friendly and this manages our company needs well. The Care Plan section could do with updrading to audit it and recognise changes that are made when comparing notes to the plan to ensure client needs are being met and the Care Plan matches daily routines.

We had it all wrong loading info from our end, thus creating our own problem.

During the reconciliation, I had difficulty finding the details of some caregivers because they had already been discontinued from the system. The Unique IQ team, particularly Mr Branadon, helped me resolve the issue..

Very slow. The iq time card is also slow and sometimes does not respond. This has no mark on People planner.
Has a lot less funcions than PP.

Wouldn't reccoment at all for care companies requiring high admin work for managers or carers

We have worked with Unique for a number of years now and have built excellent working relationships with the whole team. Nigel Groves (Business Analyst) has been a wonderful asset to us an organisation and we have brokered an excellent working relationship with David, Cheryl and Elanor.

We have worked in very close partnership in developing the system to make this bespoke to our particular business needs.

The functionality of IQ:CareManager is excellent. We have used other providers in the past and, prior to Unique, viewed a number of other possibilities. Unique is by far the best system we found and meets our business needs perfectly.

We are supported by a fantastic team who are really supportive, friendly and readily available for support, especially Keeley on the Service Desk.

We have worked with Unique for over 5 years.IQ is an excellent system supported by a responsive team. When we have requested changes to meet our needs it has always been achieved with a minimum of fuss.

The product itself is really good, the occasional glitch though to be fair sometimes that can be down to mobile signals. The biggest positive with IQ is the people - approachable, responsive, reliable. And as they have grown this hasn't been lost. Well done to David, Cheryl and their team!!

We have used Unique IQ for several years now and have found them to be very pro active and supportive. They work with you to get things up and running and the support never stops. They are polite and professional at all times and nothing is ever too much.
