It never even shipped. It's been easily a month now.

Contacts were fantastic

Never received my order, post office had an exception and it never arrived. Came back for a refund that wasn't given without something from the post office. This is my third or fourth order, all others arrived normally. Also paid for the Won't be ordering again. Ordered in JAN 2024 and here it is almost the first day of MAY 2024.

They were pretty gentle on my eyes. I was happy to use them for my Hatsune Miku cosplay for Miku Expo. 🩵

everything was really carefully packaged and the products themselves are cute and high quality!! i ordered the barbie choco lenses, piggie lens case, and some sweety lashes, though i forgot the exact kind. it was shipped fairly quickly for an international brand, as well.

I'm buying lenses for years and I'm not gonna change uniqso for anything else. When something is going wrong, the uniqso support is always helpful and thankful for contact. 10/10 highly recommend

Everything about the customer service is phenomenal! I had one of my contacts unfortunately stolen from my mailbox and sent them an email about it, they were super duper nice about sending me another pair as quickly as possible! And the rest of my order came in and as always they were beautiful and well packaged!

It honestly didn't take as long as I thought they would, usually oversee shipping takes over a month but I got these in 3 weeks! The contacts are so pretty and comfortable and it was well packaged! The contacts also came with their own case which was really nice!

The contacts are super great quality and I haven’t had any issues with them yet. They are a bit to expensive sometimes but it’s worth it for the quality, vibrant colours and good lasting contacts

Always use paypal. My package got delivered to the wrong address at the fault of the post office. Went thought hell to contact the post office. Was told by uniqso that they would not help me unless I got the label from the post office. Which is against the post office's policy so they can't give me that. Anyways just had to get a refund from PayPal. I will never shop with them again

I will not receive my order cause in Brazil they discard things without the proper information. They send without information and now I lost my order that I've spent 52usd!! I'm very pissed off and from now on I'm just going to buy from pinky paradise which I already receive the package with the lenses.
See, I used to love and indicate uniqso to everyone. I received lots of orders from them and the quality of the lens are perfect indeed. But unhappily now to Brazil I don't know if it's going to work anymore. I talked to the post office and they will not deliver to me. I really hope it can return to uniqso for me asking a refund... But I'm afraid Brazil customs eliminate the lenses cause my country is terrible to import things...

The Company tends to Gaslight. They supplied the wrong product and then fobbed it off as the right one ignoring the feedback I sent them with picture evidence to the contrary. We ordered Red they sent Pink and then told us Pink was Red you get the idea. They used template responses probably robotic with no reference or acknowledgment of what they were being told.

i have no updates on my order and its been an entire month with no updated tracking information.
