So i checked trustpilot and a lot of other website to make sure theyre a good company before ordering and in all honesty I have no complaints.
I read the fine print and the warnings and I received two beautiful pairs of lenses.
I ordered a pair of their white outside star lenses and himiko toga lenses.
Ive worn both of them multiple times and theyre sooooo comfortable!!
Only issue i have is that I felt like they were a bit disorganized with their shipping information and updates but that solved itself without needing to contact support.
I love the contacts and I am 100% gonna order more in the future.
I wish I could add a picture to show off how amazing they look but I lowk cannot figure out how.

The contacts are beautiful. I ordered the Hidrocor Marine teal colored contacts and they came in today. The only problem is that I only got one contact?? There are supposed to be two for each eye but for some reason I only got one!. I hope this can be fixed because in August I have an anime-con convention!.

I ordered a wig and it came way shorter than how it seemed like in the product picture.

I think they might just use really small mannequin heads for their product photos?? But in that case they should put a warning somewhere.

The actual wig lace base inside they use is also noticeably a bit smaller than other cosplay brands like doki doki ive had

Also they matted down the hair origin point at the top in a weird way compared to other wigs (i wish i could show pictures)

I think they straight up deleted my wig review with pictures talking about this off their website because it doesnt show up anymore.

The actual wig material is nice and heat resistant though and the lenses are solid!

Their customer service was always nice and helpful when there were some hiccups in the ordering process so its not like their malicious i just think they could be more honest in their product photos.

I've been a customer for about 6 years at this point on multiple different accounts, but every time, I have received my tracking information and my items have been shipped out within 3-5 days of ordering. Recently, I had an issue where an order I placed didn't go through to the warehouse, and when I emailed about it 18 days later, they responded within 2 hours and prioritized the shipping of my order. Every colored contact I've bought with them has been incredibly comfortable, easy to use, and comes with a case when ordered in pairs. Overall, Uniqso is an amazing company and I love them very much.

I ordered two contact lenses because I do read tiny print. When I received my order, they only sent one lens. I’ll be damned if I’m going to pay for the other contact lens again, or go through the bullshit to fight for the one I already paid for, so I threw my lens, my solution and my cases in the trash. It’s worth losing what money I’ve already lost just to not continue to do business with this scam company.

Took them 12 days to email me to say they couldn't process my order and the only way to receive a refund was to contact my card issuer. A joke of a company.

I have been buying from uniqso for over nine years!! They are amazing and their team is great. I believe they are owned by new owners now but still great service. They have become very popular the past couple of years so a lot of items are regularly out of stock. I have been using circle lenses for over 20 years and uniqso is my normal place for my prescription lenses.

Terrible customer service, never received my package & they’re completely unhelpful sending me on a wild goose chase with the shipping companies when I have security cameras & know that my package was never delivered.

Wish there was something better, but really the best, most "convenient" option.

This is really just an extensive list of contact manufacturers that connects businesses to customers.

The website is bare bones, and the reviews are very sparse, so it's really hard to tell which contact brand is reputable or not.

The website provides generally important details like PWR, expiration date, and a picture of the contact lens. However, it doesn't provide really much of anything besides that, such as whether the contacts are approved for astigmatism, the material of the lens, or manufacturing origins.

Overall, quality control and vetting of the lenses are minimal. It is up to the customer to contact the manufacturer directly for QC concerns or do their own research.

So for instance, I purchased a contact lens where the graphic has an "upright position." If the graphic rotates, it does make the cosplay weaker. The one I purchased would rotate, and there is no fix to it on the consumer end.

There is a way to prevent the lens from rotating, and a reasonable consumer would assume the lens is prism balanced to prevent the graphic from shifting. Do not make that assumption. Contact the manufacturer directly to confirm.

Also, do note that most of the lenses listed are not designed for all day wear like regular prescription contact lenses. They are meant to be worn for about 10 hours at a time per day. So let's say you have an event at 8 a.m., you should take it off by 6 p.m.

The website listing does provide relevant information. However, I felt the need to contact the business directly to make sure whether the lenses were yearly, because the listing was worded poorly.

A newer concern arose considering the two points. Contact lenses rotating is less of a concern if the lenses are relatively new. If you get prescription lenses from an optometrist, the eye is measured to make sure that rotation is minimal. This is to prevent foreign objects from rubbing and potentially damaging your eye.

The contact lenses were sold to me as yearly. However, personally I wouldn't really use them past the event I purchased them for and would treat them like weekly lenses instead.

To minimize that concern and rotation of the lens, you can attempt to match the diameter of the eye from your contact prescription with the diameter measurement listed on the website. The contact lens may still shift around. However, it would be slower and less dramatic.

However, I am less lucky, and they don't carry any contact lenses that fit my eye measurement.

I like the contacts.I'm very disappointed! I ordered one time!!!! I was charged two times for the same item at least you sent them both and was not charged for nothing but please wait till I authorize the charge!!!Thank you.

They did not send me the correct contacts and ghosted me when I tried to resolve it. Do not buy from them they will screw you out money

I’ve bought contacts from Uniqso but i cant track it via the link they sent me. I e mailed them still no answer. How can i trust you if i cant track my order when its been almost a month since i ordered.

Absolute SCAM of a company. This was my second time ordering from them and I made sure to order a month ahead of the convention I'd need my contacts for. 3 weeks go by and I hear nothing. I reach out a few days ago only for them to tell me that paypal has not processed it on their end, when that's clearly a lie and it was absolutely processed the day I made the purchase. Even after sending them, the transaction ID, they refused to express ship my order because it's 'against company policy' and claimed as a 'goodwill gesture,' they would give me a RANDOM pair of contacts with my NEXT order. NEXT ORDER?? Why would there be a next order if you can't even fulfill the current one? They did not even attempt to reach out at all about this issue and I would not have known if I hadn't been forced to reach out myself. They are a waste of time and don't care about their customer base. This was completely their fault and if they had just taken ownership and agreed to make it right when they royally messed up, there would be no need for this review.

The communication is absolutely shit.
I ordered 2 time from there and the second package arrived with no problems but, when I bought the fist order Uniqso told me one of the contacts where out of stuck, and asked if we wanted the money back from that lens. after that we heard NORTHING from them about the rest of the order. And every time you try and contact them they just reply with the same auto-generated message.
The costumer service is so bad.

This company sucks. They give you only one contact and you literally have to SEARCH to find that information. It’s not listed anywhere big. I was supposed to get them for Christmas, and everytime I email them, only a bot responds. This company sucks, and I will not be buying from it ever again. One contact? Like are you serious? Horrible company, and horribly misleading. Yall need to fix this shit.

The website leads you to believe you’re getting a pair of contacts. Instead you receive one. This is a shady company! Will never buy from again and will tell everyone else to never purchase from them. Plus their shipping takes over a month!

UPDATE: I received my contacts! It did take around 3 months, I ordered my toric colored lenses September 14th. However, the contacts feel great and non-irritating so I think it’s worth the wait. I’ve been looking at the other styles, and I’m thinking of purchasing again but will keep the longer wait time in mind. <3

I haven’t received my contacts and it’s been 8 weeks with no updates to shipping or their support email.

Terrible communication. I had so many panic attacks because they told me my contacts that I needed for Halloween would come days after Halloween, and now it says 20 days till it gets here, but I just received them today which I'm happy about. But communication is awful. I like the contacts but I would not recommend ordering from this website. Awful experience.
