I’ve tried various agents for letting property in the past and Uniqletts comes top of the list. All aspects of the letting are handled professionally. From viewings, to lease renewals, deposits and ongoing maintenance. The communication is great through all the processes.

To frankly put worst communication I’ve ever had with a letting agency/agent. As a tenant the agent took weeks to reply to my email then whenever they decide to respond, they expect rush and quick turnover in return. Agent has to sense of time or even time management and cares very little about property. Raised an issue and was asked my availability come then to come by. Told them my availability and they took a week to respond and the requested my availability for the following week where they did they same thing again. Absolutely the worst!

They where super helpful and quick.I have also recommend them to all my friends and family.
