UN:IK Clothing Anmeldelser

Don’t normally leave reviews but purchased a vice 84 hoodie and more than pleasantly surprised with the quality, also ordered the wrong size and customer service quickly amended my order for. Excellent

great team, professional and reactive, trying to find a solution

Really great brand, great quality and cut of clothes. Brilliant colourways- I personally love the vintage wash effect.
The customer service is really really good, the team answer any questions really quickly and are super helpful before and after purchase, recommended company 5 ⭐.

Truly the epitome of good customer service. These guys are such. Pleasure to shop with. Any query I have had, any questions or alteration to my order, these guys have honoured it. For something which started as a small business, to turn into this awesome clothing empire is just so impressive. With the current way online shopping has been, big brands have some shoes to fill because I have been so impressed by this company. Thank you in particular to Jake and Pat. I can’t stop praising this brand. Please shop here!!
Also can we reflect on how good the quality is of the item, T-shirts are thick and 10/10 quality, the hoodie I ordered is the perfect material and caps are a great fit, needless to say the designs are fantastic and the first first that drew me to this brand. Keep going guys!

Great customer service when exchanging an item bought as a gift.

Needed some help changing the address on my order and Pat was able to fix this up for me straight away. Great customer service and really easy to deal with

I've bought two jumpers from here and been very happy. I bought a third and it was a little small, sent it back, got the size up, all is good, what more can I say 😁

Great customer service from Eve, very helpful and super nice! I’m very happy with the items I received. The designs are timeless and the quality feels very great.

Great selection of clothes & good customer service

Always enjoy their stuff, great quality. Anytime there's an issue they respond well and sort it out no problem.

Love this brand, quality is always on point and they are super friendly and helpful to deal with :)

The t-shirt I ordered is great quality. I had an issue with the shipment and Pat in customer service was able to help me and I was able to receive my shirt as soon as possible! Highly recommend buying from this company!

My item was better than expected, very high quality- looks and fits great. Shipping was delayed from the UK due to holidays, but without even asking my shipping cost was refunded. Would definitely purchase again!

I am always looking to support an independent business that supplies great quality products to their customers. UNIK clothing does all of the above with stylish clothing. Customer service was also extremely helpful when needed. 10/10

Everything I’ve ordered from UN:IK has been fantastic quality and arrived quickly. Recently used their support aswell and got it resolved fast.

Highly recommended!

Great quality clothes an quick to help when I needed to change to a bigger size!

Awful customer service! They make it so complicated to return.

Customer service is terrible, they take so long to reply. They don't make their return policy clear when ordering and all this store credit business is ridiculous. Don't recommend.
