Just ordered my third T shirt as the quality fit and delivery is superb :)

I got sent 3 T-shirts that i did not order. Although, the delivery note had the items i did order and they are saying it’s a harmless mistake? And when i went to exchange, one of them that i HAD ordered was no longer in my size and i had to size up. On top of this I had to pay £4 to return the items I didn’t order, and they aren’t even willing to pay for that. I have asked for a partial refund on the tshirt that was no longer in my size, (because of their mistake) and for them to refund me the £4. They are taking days to get back to me. Will never be ordering from this company again. And i advise everyone else to not buy from them either.

Great t shirts, great service from the team! Even when I ordered the wrong size they turned around an exchange in good time and had good communications.

My boyfriend and I have been shopping at UNIK for a couple of years now. It’s such a solid option for good quality clothes from independent sources.
They are great quality items, I particularly love the joggers.
The Guiness range has been our favourite of all time. We made sure to pack our Guinness T Shirts to take to the Guinness factory in Dublin haha

This is my second order, the zip hoodies are so spot on all other hoodies have now been ruined for me! Great quality, everyday essential but feels unique and often gets commented on. Besides the products the customer service is great, quick resolution of any issues with friendly people. Yes, actual people, this is not another huge faceless brand!

I’ve ordered from UNIK Clothing 5+ times and everything has been amazing. Quick shipping and quality of their clothing is top notch. I especially have enjoyed the pieces from a thousand futures and the Guiness collection. When I messed up inputting my shipping address, their support team responded to my email in literally 10 minutes and amended things. Five star across the board here.

Really great items but I needed to return some due to me getting different sizes to fit out. Dropped customer services a message and got a really quick and friendly reply from Pat. Pat helped me return the items that didn't fit (but which were bought under separate orders) and was helpful and friendly the whole time. Great, high quality clothes with a customer service to match!

Amazing designs, great quality and fantastic customer service. Particularly wanted to give a shout out to Pat for quickly dealing with an issue caused by my own mistakes and resolving them overnight before ordering was dispatched. Thanks Pat!

Not refunded for my return despite them receiving it many weeks ago and acknowledging receipt. I’ve had to start the process of a bank chargeback to get my money. This is the second issue I’ve had with this company. I’ve emailed them 5 times to no response: they don’t have any customer service. Avoid at all costs. On the quality of goods, they simply don’t match up to the price. Cheap and nasty looking.

Just a great brand, great products and great fedback with any issue.

Have used UNIK a few times and really enjoyed their products and service.

Even when making a return, everything was processed and refunded swiftly and efficiently.

I received my order quickly but I was very unhappy with the quality and finish. I returned this in July, it’s September and I am still waiting for my refund (despite confirmation the return was received many weeks ago). Really poor experience overall and will not be purchasing again, which is a shame as I try and support independent businesses.

I ordered the wrong size by mistake, but after emailing straight away, everything was sorted so quickly and easily. The very next morning, I received confirmation that my order had been updated to the correct size, along with a personal email from Pat confirming this.

Fantastic customer service and such a smooth experience. It’s so lovely to receive this level of personal service, especially from a small business. I always try to support small businesses where I can, and experiences like this are exactly why!

Trying to get hold of them to cancel items as is my right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. have sent three separate messages now and no response. This needs to be resolved by end of Tuesday which is the end of the 14 day cooling off period but nothing from them. I am going to have to instruct the financial ombudsman if I don’t hear.

UPDATED REVIEW – RESOLVED

Resolved in the end – credit where it’s due

I wanted to update my original review now that this has been fully resolved.

My initial experience was disappointing. A Vice ’84 T-shirt developed a seam fault after one wear and, after I raised it with UN:IK, my claim was initially rejected and I had to chase the matter further than I felt should have been necessary.

However, following my escalation, UN:IK reviewed everything again, apologised genuinely for the way the complaint had been handled and offered a completely free exchange, including covering the return postage.

I chose a different T-shirt as the replacement and that has now arrived safely.

Although I still feel the original issue could and should have been dealt with much more simply from the outset, I think it’s only fair to recognise when a company ultimately takes responsibility and puts things right.

UN:IK did that here, and their final response was professional, apologetic and customer-focused.

I’ve bought from them before and liked their products, so I’m pleased this has ended on a much more positive note.

ORIGINAL REVIEW

I’d previously been a happy UN:IK customer, but was disappointed with how a fault on a Vice ’84 T-shirt was initially handled.

The seam began coming apart after just one wear. I provided photos, explained there had been no accidental damage and offered to return the shirt for inspection, but UN:IK initially declined a replacement and offered 10% off or £10 store credit instead.

I felt this was disappointing for a quality retailer, particularly as the garment had only been worn once and the fault appeared directly along the stitched seam.

My wife purchased a T-shirt for my birthday. After only one wear the stitching on the arm had failed causing a hole.
I emailed customer services on the 29th June for a replacement and I have never received a reply.
I won’t be purchasing from here again.

I have ordered 2 mystery boxes and all the items have been of a great quality. I entered my address incorrectly and they quickly notified me of the issue and got it resolved the same day. Brilliant customer service.
