Responsive service - great quality and value
I ordered two pairs of joggers for my son but realised I had ordered incorrect ones. The process of refund/exchange was so simple. I had also emailed them with a query and received a response the following day.
Great service and the Vice 84 clothes are brilliant. Would highly recommend, great value, wash well and last well (from previous order a year ago).

Beware - item not received and refusing to send replacement or refund
Beware - if your item is not delivered UN:IK will not issue a refund or replacement. The excuse is that they are a small business and cannot risk two orders going missing.
So they expect me to suffer the consequence of their delivery method not working and pay for the missing item, even though they can see that I have not received the item.
DPD marked my parcel as delivered to a pickup shop, but the shop has confirmed the parcel is not there. You can see on the DPD tracking system this parcel has not been picked up by me.
If they had just sent a replacement I would have had a repeat customer and they can definitely get a refund from DPD as they have lost the item, which is all fully tracked. Obviously I will still be able to get a refund via PayPal because this isn't legal, so I am not sure what this awful customer service process has gained. Very much lost a customer though and hopefully others will take heed before purchasing after reading this review

Excellent quality t shirts
I ordered 3 t shirts and they were excellent quality and had a great design. I had a small issue when trying to return one of them (as it was too small), but UN:IK has great customer support which helped me to process the return properly. I would recommend ordering the t shirts from UN:IK as they are great quality

I love this brand
I love this brand - such great street wear.
I ordered a bigger order and a few items didnt fit - some bad reviews on here claim there is only a gift card available for return - which isn't true. After contacting customer service, they confirmed there is a glitch in the return portal whereby they cannot get full refund to show. A full return is available on full-priced items and I received mine after contacting them directly. They were super friendly despite my initial panic.
