UN:IK Clothing Anmeldelser

The UN:IK team are fantastic.

My mum had bought me a Tailenders hoodie for Christmas but not the design I had wanted. Despite the order being well out of their returns window, UN:IK let me exchange my hoodie purely as a goodwill gesture.

Very much appreciated from a leg-spinner with a non-cricket mother!!

Brilliant customer service - prompt, efficient and helpful.

Great company with fantastic quality clothing. Good customer service. Highly recommend.

I bought a cool looking sweater, when it arrives, i can see that the quality is really poor, it's like buying a sweater on temu for less then a euro, that's what you get. So ofcourse i wanted do refund the product, but for sending it back, they charge me 20 pounds, what is totally ridicilous, so now i don't know what to do with the product. Don't buy here!
this is the product i bought: Vice 84 sea shapes sweater

Really pleased with my Club de Padel transaction. Good quality sweatshirt and true to description and images. Very good service whilst returning an item ordered for additional sizing. Would highly recommend for quality of item and customer service.

Bought the vice 84 in grey a violet.

Because the crotchh area is so hight up (even for a female) these are very uncomfortable wear. I've conpared them to my standard joggers and the crotchh are is just way to high up. Haven't been able to wear them because of this. Annoyed because in the image they look baggy all over which is misleading

Excellent quality hoodie and speedy delivery! Will order again soon!

First time order for a Christmas present. We were very pleased with the quality of the product and the delivery process. Thank you.

Amazing tshirt designs, I got my husband a Guinness tshirt (fave drink) in yellow and blue (Leeds colours) to match his two favourite things! Delivery was speedy considering it was Christmas and the shirt quality is great. I’d have added some photos but there’s no option to

Bought a few times from this store and always love the clothes I've purchased for me and my partner, most recently this weekend which has already arrived, great service, 2 sweatshirts great colour and fit

Perfect!!
Bought as a present, arrived on time and was very well received by my nephew!!

Thankyou UN:IK

Great quality, cool design, happy to be supporting a small brand!

The shirts I got were amazing quality, arrived in a timely fashion (I’m in canada) and the prints on them were super high quality! Will definitely order again in the future.

I ordered a top as a present for my brother-he absolutely loves it! My order arrived super quick and I had no issues at all. Their communication is excellent and I’ll be ordering again for his next present!

Dreadful

Sent out 4/5 T-shirts with food stains on them and 1 tshirt wasn’t what I event ordered.

Went to return them and I can only exchange?

Bought some joggers. They’re amazing. Great fit. Good quality and shipped really fast.

My first purchase from them. Deffo not me last.

I got not one but two peaks and pubs hoodies for christmas, brilliant quality and a class design, kept me nice and toasty up the mountains, will be buying more

Customer service on point. The team were brilliant in handling a mistake on my side, the returns portal was easy to use and the support from Pat was great. They were able to get my order out to me ahead of Christmas and saved a blunder.

I had an issue with my order because I didn't put the house number but the customer service was amazing once they replied. I got my package and im 100% satisfied with my purchase

I had concerns over exchanging an item and getting a new item shipped out in time for Christmas. Despite it being a very busy time for them, Pat responded very quickly to my emails and worked her magic.
The new item arrived in time for Santa to leave it under the tree and Dad was so pleased with his present.
100% for customer service.
