Won't do it again
Trying to be fair here, the trip was cheap and we did get to see Hallstatt and Salzburg as advertised.
But some promises on the website did not correspond to reality: there was no WC in the bus, and there was just one driver, not two, which is clearly a violation of safety rules because he drove the bus two nights in a row and during the day as well. I don't think he had an opportunity to take a proper rest. It's a miracle that nothing has happened...
Also, the bus departed from Frankfurt an hour later than it was supposed to, we had less time in Austria and the guided tour in Salzburg took only 1 hour instead of 2.
Hallstatt was the highlight of the trip and 3 hours were not enough in my opinion. I'd prefer less time in Salzburg in favor of Hallstatt.
I won't be taking these tours again because of the great physical discomfort, but I have to agree that at least the price was good.
It was a nightmare
It was a nightmare, anyone who wants to live should not travel with Uniflucht,below are the issues listed in short. Few issues i have skipped
To start, the trip got off to a rough beginning when the pick-up was delayed by a staggering six hours. This delay caused me to stay awake the entire night, anxiously waiting for the transportation to arrive. Consequently, I was deprived of sleep and energy during the journey. The Bus when arrived was uncleaned and during the entire journey we were not able to use the toilet in the Bus as it was dirty due to which we had to pay everywhere outside and go for the toilet.
Moreover, I was truly disheartened when the planned stop at Bruges, a location I was looking forward to visiting, had to be skipped because of mismanagement of time. Instead, we were taken directly to Brussels, leaving us exhausted and unable to fully enjoy the sights due to our sleep deprivation. So surely we were not able to do sightseeing and were just sitting.
The situation took an even more alarming turn when there was an accident involving the bus during the return journey. This incident not only posed a serious safety risk but also left me feeling frightened and anxious throughout the rest of the trip. I was sitting in the first seat and saw the accident. The side of the bus had fallen out and the driver was scared and shivering ,we handled him , we then stopped at a location and we passengers helped to stick the part to the bus with sellotape and then made the driver sleep for sometime so that we dont die. It was a nightmare experience, and I couldn't help but worry for my safety and that of my fellow passengers.
Furthermore, the bus drop-off was significantly delayed as well due to the accident, further adding to the overall frustration and dissatisfaction with the trip. I really told my husband after coming home that I came home alive today and that was enough.
When we asked for refund , they are offering discount on another trip and never refunded the amount

I came from South Africa and wanted a truly great experience in Switzerland so we booked with Uniflucht the package put together was amazing.I enjoyed Interlaken and Chamonix it meet all my expectations and created truly great memories of Switzerland and although it was a self guided tour our co-ordinator Eva was amazing.
Pathetic Organisation of Trip
I am very disappointed with the Trip which I took on 29.05.24 to Monte Carlo, Nice and Marseille. The trip In-charge from Uniflucht are unorganised and not experienced , and the most of it the Drivers are unprofessional. The drivers wasted our time in finding the Parking. they don’t know where to park also, which wasted a lot of time in exploring the city. We even missed a chance explore Nice due to the delay from the Drivers.
In my Suggestion, Please don’t travel with Uniflucht for these regions as they are very astonishing and you will regret travelling with Uniflucht.

Mismanagement, pathethic and troubling guide, long waiting hrs for bus to pick up with no proper communication,spending daily 2 hrs in bus just for getting parking in trip. And giving no guidance on trip., makes the trip worst. They just can't organize and hire proper guide.

We had recently a trip with them to Italy.
We had lots of disappointment, since they failed to manage the Guided Tour to Rome collosieum, which they promised while booking of the trip itself. The Hotel accommodation was also below average quality and lacked with basic hygiene.
Uniflucht team wasn't Punctual too in the daily tour plan. Tour Leader was observed quite arrogant and pathetic. She misbehaved to elderly and family people. On last day of the Tour, where Ferry boat ride was planned, they left some people behind even after people paid in advance for the boat ride. All the trip went quite hectic and stressful. Do not waste your money, energy and time with Uniflucht..!

I had recently travelled together with UniFlucht for a trip to Italy. I found it worst ever tour management from the day one! What UniFlucht promises before tour begins in their itinerary, they simply don't deliver. They react like helpless upon failing to deliver what they promised about. The Tour Leader was also observed being very rude and arrogant towards family people. She was keeping shouting to the people all the time.
Hotels arranged by UniFlucht team were also below average rantings, with a poor quality of breakfast and low levels of hygiene Do not waste your time, money and energy with UniFlucht..
Mismanagement
My drop off point is Düsseldorf. I do not understand why they have decided to cross Düsseldorf and then drop off people in Köln. Now the bus is going back to Düsseldorf again. Because of this unnecessary back and forth I have to travel 1 hour more and I am going to miss my train connection and have to wait at the station for 1 hour. I don’t know when will I reach home. I am writing this review while I am still in their bus. Also their bus is very congested. Moreover, AC doesn’t work properly!

They are unprofessional and disorganized. They do not check their emails, and they tend to argue without reason. They also make up rules as they go, which can ruin the mood of a trip. I cannot recommend them.
An extra star for the hotel and team leader
Giving 4 star to thr trip for following reasons:
Taking about the positive points... The travel was very comfortable and so was the hotel. I was truley not expecting the hotel stay to be this amazing but it was nice and comfy. The hotel staff was very freindly. There was a ample of variety in the breakfast menu and the taste was really good..!!
An extra star for the team leader we had Mr Ali. He was really patient helpful and friendly during entire trip.
Also the food in Italy is like most delicious of all the places we have visited. It was simple yet tasty..!
Now the major dsappointmnet was the time selected for this trip. I will recommed if you like to travel slowly and in quieter places then this trip is not for you specially during Easter breaks beacuse Italy is very much crowded during this period a you will miss out most of the attracrtions as the hotel they select is in outskirts and you do not reach on time..!! Also the timings for the big cathedrals varies during Easter..!!
I will recoMmend to buy tickets to major attractions because everything is booked during this sason. Please check visit time of all the attractions..!
I think the organisiation should keep people inform about the timings of the major attarctions beforehand..atleast they will not feel disppointed after visiting and finding it closed which was our case. And before going for ths trip please check the weather conditions ..the weather in Venice was very bad and the trip to Murano was a waste of time as the glass factory got closed..:(
Overall it was a good trip but I thinK it could have been much better if visited during another season..!!!
10 days travel to Lapland for New years…
0 days travel to Lapland for New years was a terrible experience with the worst schedule ever. Initially, they allowed us to use the bus toilets, but later changed their stance, forcing us to make unplanned stops at public toilets. The buses started delaying from the departure, and ours broke down in Finland, leaving us stranded on the road for hours. Consequently, we missed out on many planned activities.
When they finally took us to snow activities in the evening, it was cold and overpriced compared to the original plan. I personally paid 50 Euros for an activity, only to be left behind without any refunds despite numerous emails. On the way back, we had to wait in the snow in Stockholm for the bus, which never arrived. The tour leader arranged FlixBus for each of us to go to Copenhagen, but we had to pay for transportation in Sweden to get to the other terminal.
We arrived in Copenhagen at 10:00 PM with nothing to see, waited in the cold for two more hours for the bus, and technically missed a city and its planned activities. Despite our complaints, there was no apology or response to our emails. My suggestion would be to travel independently if you want to see the Northern Lights. This trip, with its hidden costs, is not worth it. Their mismanagement ruined our holiday, and I sincerely recommend choosing shorter trips with better quality.
Do not trust this company
I made a deal with this agency for a one day trip and then due to Corona pandemic it was canceled. I suppose that a canceled trip must automatically result in a full refund. even if that is not enough I sent a message before 35 days and asked for a cancelation and according to their rules they should have give me a full refund. but they have decided and despite my dissatisfaction to give a coupon which I do not want. I suggest you take your trip another way. It is being a long one and half year emailing and calling and sending message on whatsapp and I am not in anyway convinced. I earn this money the hard way. after I kept communicating with them and they were trying to get my review deleted on google, they blocked me on whatsapp and their other social media
Disappointing Experience with Uniflucht Travel Agency - Not Recommended
My partner and I embarked on a Northern Lights trip to Finland, specifically Rovaniemi and Kemi, with Uniflucht Travel Agency from December 20th to December 28th. Unfortunately, this turned out to be the worst trip of my life, and it will certainly be my first and last experience with this company.
To begin with, the trip got off to a rough start as the bus arrived almost two hours late. Despite receiving written reminders from Uniflucht stating that they wouldn't wait for latecomers, we arrived well in advance, only for our efforts to go in vain. The journey commenced, but disappointingly, scheduled dinner stops were never made. Despite the group waiting at the harbor for an additional 1.5 hours for another bus to join, our hunger seemed inconsequential to the company.
The accommodation inside the cruise, which was touted as excellent, turned out to be average at best. Standing room was the only option once beds were occupied. The stay in Kemi was the only redeeming aspect of the trip.
The safari activities organized by the company turned out to be a disappointment as well. The advertised husky or reindeer rides lasted a mere 2-3 minutes, charging a steep 45 euros per person. Opting for a better experience by booking independently seems more worthwhile.
False advertising continued with the promise of Northern Lights chasing. Despite the cloudy and snowy evenings from December 23rd to 25th, the company failed to make any genuine attempts at chasing the lights. The appointed tour guide consistently led us to frozen lakes at 8 PM, with a return by 11 PM, completely missing the ideal timing from 10 PM to 2 AM. The lack of effort and the absence of actual chasing left us stranded in one location, hoping for a miracle.
Toilet breaks during the journey were poorly managed, with two buses converging at the same locations, leading to crowded waiting lines. A more thoughtful approach, with buses stopping at different places, could have alleviated this issue.
Overall, the trip's management was confusing, and the experience fell far short of expectations. I cannot recommend Uniflucht for Northern Lights travel based on my disappointing first and only experience with them. Proceed with caution and consider alternative options for a more enjoyable and well-organized trip.
Worst trip ever...
I regret to say that my experience with Uniflucht on their New Year's Eve trip to Paris, including a one-night stay, was deeply disappointing. My partner and I faced a series of unprofessional mishaps that significantly marred our holiday.
The journey began with a two-hour delay in Frankfurt, where we were left waiting at a specified address, only to find that the bus arrived late at a different location. Despite promises of a meal break during the trip, this was abruptly cancelled. Consequently, we arrived in Paris three hours later than scheduled.
Adding to our frustration, the included city tour guide was unexpectedly cancelled. Our trip leader seemed disorganized and uninformed, which only added to the chaos. The most disheartening aspect was the hotel accommodation. Marketed as a Paris stay, the hotel was actually located about two hours from the city center. This was not only misleading but also inconvenient, as the hotel, a substandard 2-star facility, was poorly connected to public transport. As a result, we had to spend approximately 100€ on a taxi to celebrate New Year's Eve in Paris.
The return journey was no better. We endured a long wait in the hotel lobby due to another delay with the bus. Disappointingly, we didn't visit the Eiffel Tower as promised in the itinerary. Instead, we spent hours waiting in the bus for our return trip to Germany.
In summary, this trip failed to deliver the Parisian New Year's experience we anticipated. The majority of our time was spent dealing with delays, changes in plans, and overall unprofessional management. It was a frustrating and exhausting experience that has firmly dissuaded me from using Uniflucht's services again. I strongly advise others to consider alternative travel options.
What's next to Worst is called "Uniflucht"
This is my second trip with the company. The first one was 3 capitals and it was the worst of everything. The tour guide (Ritwik) was very unhelpful and the company cancelled all the parties.
Post my feedback to the company they said that I may try a different one for a pleasant experience but even this is the same.
I am currently in the tour for the Lapland trip.
The driver is a Sh****le. Company guys - provide a driver who knows English as the number of customers are mostly proficient in English.

This attitude towards their customers shows how the company has groomed them to be. Just listen and ignore to customers.
I would NEVER RECOMMEND anyone to use their service. No proper communication, not even enthusiastic for communicating with customers.
Guys if you don't want to waste your money then better take another travel company.
I have given this company enough chances. I can plan a better trip even though I am a novice.
One last point - Make sure Ali is given proper feedback and should be taught the ways of being empathetic.
I dont know, but bad experience
I dont know, What to write as i just booked one trip and cancelled the trip by them just few hours to start the trip. I packed my bags and booked other train tickets to reached them.
Terrible experience. Absolutely broken mood
During booking, I paid by mistake 70 euros more. I provided all screenshots to their support and they answer they will check it. For more than a month I received no money back and they just ignored my further emails. The trip is this weekend but I have totally broken mood and don't know how to travel with a company that treats their customers this way.
During the trip to brussels
During the trip to brussels, the tour was delayed twice. It was supposed to be at 1.45am but it was delayed till 3.15am. But once again the bus actually arrived at 4.30am. Above all of that, the tour guide responsible for this trip is unbelievebly rude. She did not act friendly at all and was extremely bossy. The AC was not turned on and when we asked to turn it on she rudely replied just go upstairs its not allowed to be standing. Why is it so difficult to just be normal? There is no need to be so rude. This is second trip and i was schocked to see the standard to be this low since the first trip was much better and wrll coordinated.
