What a truely fantastic experience from ease of order through to delivery.
I placed an order for a personalised bracelet and it was delivered the next day! Beautifully packaged and so very pleased with the quality.
Absolutely faultless! Highly recommend and will definately be ordering in the future.

I placed an order when this company was under a different name button and bean, and had a positive experience we wanted to order the same item and was advised to order the necklace and quote the previous order number. Which was great.
However when our order arrived there was no writing on as on the previous order (mistakes happen that's fine) I have contacted the company 4 times now and yet to receive a reply. I'm hoping this is an oversight but not feeling confident. Maybe it's the start of a decline of what was g a good company? So please be mindful when ordering.

Having been extremely disappointed at Astrid & Miyu’s welded bracelet service, I looked for a company that might be able to give me what I wanted and found Under The Rose, 45 minutes drive from where we live. From start to finish the service was amazing. My welded bracelet was going to be a valentines gift from my hubby that I chose and I wanted to see exactly what was available before committing to the jewellery and service. The staff at this company were great, not only did they send me lots of pictures outlining their bracelet chains, costs and charms they sent close ups to ensure I was happy with exactly what I was asking them to reserve and they were so flexible. Twice I had to contact them to reschedule as the week I booked to see them for my welded bracelet I was ill. This was not a problem. They were so relaxed about it and just wished me well.
The actual experience was fantastic. Yes they don’t have a snazzy front store like Astrid & Miyu but honestly, I’d rather pay much less (like I did) not to finance that and have a beautiful piece of jewellery by a professional as I did.
The jeweller welding my bracelet was a trained jeweller and knew exactly what she was doing. We went through looking at several options of bracelets till we found the one I liked and I had three charms added on in the desired order that I liked with her professional opinion. My little son and husband came to the studio to have a look and whilst it was being completed went for a wander outside; it was a lovely experience and one I will never forget.
I can only say good things about this company. They really care about their customer, their jewellery and what they are presenting to the customer. Being sorely disappointed with Astrid & Miyu’s I would say please choose this company instead. The bracelet is much better quality and value for money. My charm contains a white sapphire instead of a cheap cubic zirconia (if you know anything about jewellery you’ll know that’s much nicer to have!)
Finally I’ve had my bracelet on for nearly 2 months now and it’s not broken! The J charm can sometimes get stuck in threads but I knew there was a chance of that due to the nature of its shape and still opted to have my sons initial so this is nothing against the company or bracelet. And even though it’s caught it’s as tough as nails… it’s not going anywhere!

Extremely happy with my purchase! item was exactly the same as the picture and description. Packaging and gift wrapping were beautiful with some lovely extra touches. Delivery was very fast (2 days) Perfect personalised gift would definitely order from here again.

I had a morse code bracelet made and am really pleased with it. I had a couple of extra letters added and they were more than happy to do this and were really helpful when I called to discuss what I wanted. Within a few days of ordering I had my bracelet which arrived in lovely packaging and I am now thinking of getting a second one.
