I was worried about buying through an unknown third party but had a great experience. We booked a few months in advance so it was nice to get update emails that everything was on track. We got cheap tickets on a premium airline and were very pleased with the experience

Horrible customer support!
The airline changed the flight itinerary and I was given the option for a refund.
It’s been weeks since I’ve been waiting and sent tons of emails and WhatsApp and they are very unprofessional, not replying and when they finally reply they ignore all the emails I sent and ask what the outcome is.
I will never use them again and I highly recommend avoiding them

They have strung me along since Oct 10 when I paid them. They did not make the seat assignments - claimed a 'glitch'. I had to do it myself with the airline THE DAY BEFORE THE FLIGHT in November. They won't refund my money - they have lied about sending emails and returned calls. I have probably been on hold - literally - 6 hours+ with no resolution or satisfaction. the company is a joke.DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!
And as usual, your reply was incorrect. You, underpricer, failed to make the original seat assignment that I picked and paid you for! Only after you strung me along for weeks did I finally go directly to the airline and get the seat assignments myself - which cost me more because your communication was so poor and lengthy. Your failure COST me. You also refused to credit me the correct amount for what you failed to do. BTW I still don’t have anything from you.

Deliberately advertised a flight, allowed me to confirm the booking, then contacted me to say that flight has changed price, but they have a "suitable" alternative. This 'alternative' was a flight that landed on a different date and had 2 layovers. Unaccceptable and to me looked like a bait & switch tactic which is illegal. They had me book my flight that I wanted, then said that one is not available but here's a more expensive option, knowing I'm more likely to say yes since I already confirmed my booking. Disgusting business practices.

I had a very complicated change request on a limited fare ticket. Their agents contacted me proactively by phone (no waiting on hold) after I submitted my request via chat and they also used WhatsApp as a communication tool I was very impressed.

I had never heard about this company when I found them through a Kayak search, offering an exceptionally low price on ANA for my upcoming trip to Japan. I receive nothing but excellent service, including when I needed customer support a couple of times. I would definitely use them again!

I booked three tickets on Underpricer form Iberia Airline on May 4th, 2024 for total $2241.60. Due to cancellation from Iberia Airlines for return flight I was able to cancel three tickets thru Underpricer on December 21,2024 with full refund. On January 9th, 2025 I received $60 refund from underpricer (their fee). After waiting patiently for the rest of $2181.60 until March 2025, I contacted Underpricer and was told it was still in progress. I called Iberia Airline turned out the airline already refunded to Underpricer the full amount on January 7th, 2025 to a different credit card (not mine, only able to get last 4 digits of the credit card). Now it’s mid November 2025 always “we are actively working on your refund and please give us more time to resolve your issue”. Contacted Iberia Airline again and was told the same thing, since you booked with travel agent all transactions including refund have been between the airline and your booking agent . It is obviously that the airline refunded to Underpricer and they keep delaying refund to me.
You tell me it is not a scam?!
Update:. Order ID 182 269 818. After Iberia Airlines refunded my three tickets for $2181.60 on January 7, 2025, on December 2,2025 I received this from Perry from Underpricer “At this point, we regret to inform you that we have exhausted all available options on our end. Therefore, we kindly advise you to proceed with opening a chargeback through your payment provider.” On September 19,2025 Perry left me a voicemail to my phone saying Iberia Airlines refunded to my credit card on July 7, 2025. Iberia Airlines refunded $2181.60 to your company!!!!!!!!!

Although I was nervous at first to book with an unknown company, I ended up having a great experience. Communication was very good, including an immediate detailed receipt with confirmation numbers for both of the airlines involved in my flight plans, allowing me to verify that the booking had indeed gone through. Unlike other vendors, I appreciated that they didn't pester me to buy add-ons. When one of my flight legs got diverted due to a runway closure at an intermediate airport, I was easily able to reach someone at their customer service center by text. Everything ended up working out fine and I didn't end up needing to be rebooked, but it was very comforting to know that even with a split ticket I wasn't going to be "out of luck" when unforeseen trouble arose. I'm particularly grateful to Sidney at Underpricer for their help throughout.
