This company is so scammy. They falsely advertise low fares that are not available just to get you to enter your personal data and then sell you more expensive fares. Time for a class action suit I reckon

I purchased two premium economy tickets from SFO to Rome that were changeable by their terms. I also purchased insurance. I tried to change and Underpricer gave me a quote to do so. I acceptable the quote. Underpricer came back to me a few hours later and said the airline would not change the second flight because the airline stopped direct flights and had only one stops. I told Underpricer a connecting flight was available directly through the airline's website and for cheaper than i had paid. I told Underpricer to cancel or charge me less and I would book the last leg of the flight myself with the cost savings. Underpricer booked a flight that left me in Los Angeles rather than my home in San Francisco and charged me the same. I immediately objected, called Underpricer and waited on hold twice for 30 minutes and then Underpricer hung up on me. I had to add my customer number so Underpricer knew it was me. I then sent 23 emails before underpricer would engage. At that point, Underpricer lied and said I did not ask to cancel my flight and said I agreed to pay the same price to end in Los Angeles rather than San Francisco. I lost about $650 by booking from Los Angeles to San Francisco myself and paying to check in my bags. Underpricer also did not transfer my right to reserve seat ($496 charge) to my changed flight so I had to sit in the middle on my 12 hour return flight. The organization is terrible and should have zero stars. I have disputed the charges with my credit card and I plan to contact Kayak and am writing up the entire exchange and showing evidence of my emails, etc. Do not use this company.

The customer service was great. I had entered incorrect passport details when booking international tickets. Richie was extremely helpful and corrected everything for me!

The folks at Underpricer (Eric) were excellent - responsive - knowledgeable and helpful. This is the best experience i have had with a flight booking website (discounted or regular) ever.

My problems began when the first leg of my return flight was cancelled and Underpricer booked a different flight with a short layover. I was concerned about the short layover and repeatedly requested a change via their service "bot" on WhatsApp. At the time we were on our trip and did not have access to our phones, so I requested feedback via email. I never heard back from these repeated requests. We reluctantly decided to deal with the short layover. When we went to online checkin we couldn't. I reached out to their service "bot" and was told I would hear from an agent. I never did. When we got to the airport we found out the problem. The new leg of the trip was never confirmed by the airline and was not officially part of our itinerary. Luckily the airline's desk agent was able to get everything taken care of. When we got home, there were 4 voice mails on our PHONE that we told them NOT to do.
PS: We almost missed our short connection. Had to run thru Frankfurt to make it. :(

No customer service no one answered you. No one replied to they put you on hold for 40 minutes. I don’t like them. Please don’t get them. They take your money.

Underpricer processed the payment for my flight found on Kayak. Agents are polite, knowledgeable and patient. Waiting time was a little long but it was 9pmEST that could be the reason but they answered all my questions so I think they did a good job.

Booking the flight was easy, but the confirmation did not go through, probably because the price was too low and the airline would not confirm the booking. When I called UnderPricer to cancel the booking, I was passed from person to person, and ultimately put on hold and then disconnected. This happened several times, and I finally gave up. I spoke with my credit card company, and they assured me that they would not put through the booking without contacting me, which was true. Terrible customer service--just passed from person to person and then music and then disconnected.

Asiana website far from friendly. Customer service from UnderPricer showed me how to navigate it. If anyone else encounters this, you have to put in your first name and middle name in the spot for given names with NO spaces or it doesn't work.

There was an issue with the booking, and the customer service agent actually took the initiative to reach out to me by phone and correct the problem right away. It was the best customer service I've ever had with an online travel agent. I would definitely use this service again.

At first, I was very impressed with this company, but after the guy tried to sell me my seats that I had already picked with the airline for five $400 extra it made me a little suspicious. Everyone was good with this company except when they try to sell me the $400 Seat seats that I had already picked. I didn’t like that.

The airline canceled a flight, and UnderPricer re-scheduled my flights to accommodate.
They informed me of the cancellation as soon as it happened, asked me what I wanted to do, and made the changes with the airline.
Similar experience as with a traditional travel agent, but with a lower price. They also beat the direct airline price for the flight.

Got reasonably-priced tickets from this unknown Underpricer. Checked on airline website after buying and the itinerary was there. The booked flights happened and went well.
Underpricer tried to sell seat selection, baggage, insurance, etc like all ticket sellers, but called me to sell these, which was new.
