Update as of 3/11/26: to their credit (?) they send an email every couple of days saying they are working with the airline only for the airline to email me to say the agency never cancelled the booking. So the flight is cancelled. The date of the flight was 3/5/26 and while the airspace was closed and despite my request to cancel due to the actual flights being cancelled and you know the “airspace being closed” they have not cancelled my booking. So at this point they are just lying and going to get away with keeping my money during a war? Wow! That is a business model to aspire to and trust
Update as of 3/4/26: don’t be fooled by their reply, I reached out with the requested information and NO ONE has bothered to respond.
More importantly, the airspace is closed and I genuinely need a refund at this time because no one knows when things will change, what are the chances they are just going to keep my money and I will not hear back? Based on my experience so far 1000%
They are utter scammers. If you bought a ticket and everything was fine then they are great I suppose. I booked two tickets for my parents and I made a mistake with my mother’s name. They said they have to contact emirates to correct. Sure. Then they say emirates declined. When we call emirates they say no record of agency calling and since bought through underpricer only they can assist. Ok fine. I accept, my bad. What are my options? I am told they can cancel and I will get $800 back which is about 50%. Which ok fine, I am not made of money and I also have to buy another ticket so I accept. Then they say it’s both tickets under one reservation and we need the airlines to split. Again come back and say they declined. Mind you airlines still says no record and I get a lot of fluff about different departments etc. then magically they say fine we can split but then it goes to airlines and we will close your case and only airline can cancel. Guess what? Now that can split but can’t cancel? I thought it was the other way around. They can’t even keep their own stories straight. I call the airline and of course they are utterly baffled why underpricer is giving us such a run around. All they have to to is call the NDC, remember the different department and cancel! How would airline cancel and refund me? I didn’t pay them? They don’t have my credit card details. Who are they refunding to? The ticket is bought through underpricer! This has been going on for two weeks almost. They are basically trying to run out the clock and go oops. Nothing we can do. Flight left. I bet this review will never appear on their site but this is how they treat their paying custome. Utterly shameful!!

Great platform. Easy to reach humans. I had to cancel my flight, so I called to get info to see if I could just change it. When the change I wanted wasn't possible just due to flight availability, I needed to end the call to sort my plans out. Later when I called back to cancel, they actually connected me with the same guy who helped me early and he stuck with me to be sure the refund process actually went through. (not the money posting to my account, just the transaction) I'd def use them again compared to the chaos of other companies.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life with this company — at a time when I was already dealing with the loss of my mother. I urgently needed to change my return ticket after my mom passed away. While the customer service agents were extremely polite on the phone, that’s unfortunately where the positives end. I was repeatedly assured that my case was being handled and that someone would follow up. No one ever did. I had to chase them multiple times. Each time, I was met with more apologies and more promises — none of which were actually fulfilled. Because of their delays and lack of action, the fare increased significantly, and I ultimately had to pay hundreds of dollars more than I would have if they had acted when they said they would. Politeness means nothing without accountability. In a moment of personal crisis, I needed efficiency and follow-through — not empty assurances. This experience added unnecessary stress and financial burden during an already painful time. I will never use this company again, and I strongly urge others to think twice before booking with them.

Single worst 'travel agent' experience I've ever had. Will never use Underpricer again, under any circumstances, and will warn others as well - it's some kind of bad combination of amateur hour and a scam. It all started with my very first interaction - after I purchased plane tickets with seat assignments included, I called the airline (Aer Lingus) and they assigned me seats. A few days later I got a call from an Underpricer representative out of the blue, who wanted to charge me for assigning seats. When I told her my fare included seats she kept insisting she would charge me. I told her I already had seats from the airline and she kept insisting that wasn't the case and she would have to do it for me - and again, charge me. This back and forth went on for a while - much longer than it should have - and I was actually pretty confused about why she was calling me, as no one has ever called me in the past when I just bought a ticket online. After a while once I started becoming annoyed she finally gave up, checked something and verified that I did indeed already have assigned seats (four tickets.) And then it just got worse from there - Underpricer charges all kinds of fees on top of airline fees - high fees to make any changes at all, the customer service reps don't know what they're talking about and each one gives a different answer, most of the time incorrect, and then later correct themselves - like I said, it just all feels like a combination of amateur hour and a scam.

I booked flights for 6 people and got a great deal. The weather caused flights to be delayed and then cancelled. We started our journey and then got stuck in Boston. Underpricer worked very hard to get us on another flight, but so many flights were cancelled and so many people waitlisted, they could not get us rebooked. They finally recommended we go to the airport and that is what finally worked. Every time I called I was never on hold for long and the agents I talked to knew exactly what we were trying to do and were very friendly and diligent.

I called and emailed the website with concerns about securing my seats on a trip to Scotland. Richie was the agent who picked up my case, and he was so kind and patient with me - answering all of my questions and helping me navigate Aer Lingus' protocol for assigning seats. He called and emailed me several times, answering additional questions/concerns I had, with a quick turnaround, which was a pleasant surprise. He is truly an asset to the company!
