To be fair, this company do explain the terms and fees of the loan before you except the terms,and in the agreement it do state that this is an expensive and should be used as a short term loan or seek help from other resources

My personal experience went well I borrowed $400 and paid the loan off a week later in the amount of $475 ( $400 principal and $75 on interest and was approved for another loan with a discounted interest rate
Not to mention the money was deposited tha same day

I took a loan in January. I knew interest was to be paid first. On March 27 2024 I paid the balance of the loan. I tried to pay online but the system would not let me. I paid via phone with a live representative. My account said 0.00$ and the confirmation email said the same. The next day March 28 they took interest from my checking account. I emailed and called. They said because of the holiday they took interest early. This is why they would not allow me to pay online AND the interest withdrawal posted the day after I paid the balance. I intend to pursue this further. I feel scammed.

My daughter has just received a legal letter for debt collection from this company, she has NEVER taken out a loan let alone with these people!

On Wednesday morning I was approved for a loan of $300. I called in and spoke to a loan manager who said he needed to verify my bank information. We did a three-way call to my bank and they verified all of the information that he requested. He then told me that I was approved and the money would be deposited into my account. This was on Wednesday, January 17 before noon. I had received a text message that said if I called in before noon the money would be deposited said that same day. it was not deposited and so I messaged customer service and they said that it takes one to two days. I waited till Thursday. The money was not there. I waited till Friday. The money was not there and every time I checked the website it said that my money would be there soon , I called on Friday to see when it was going to be deposited and I was told that my loan was canceled. I was told that they could not verify something on the original application so they canceled it. They could not tell me what they couldn’t verify even though the loan officer that I spoke with said everything had been verified and I was approved . I didn’t get an email or voicemail telling me that there was an issue. They said someone had called my phone on Thursday but they did not leave a voicemail nor did I get any kind of email telling me that was an issue with the loan since I had spoken to a loan manager who said that I was approved and the money would be in my account. I went ahead and paid the bills that I needed to pay which took my account into overdraft. This is the most unprofessional company and I would recommend that you not do business with them since they don’t know what is going on in their own company.

Expensive Expensive Expensive, not intended to help the customer. Borrowed $1500 and by the time I pay it back I will be paying them over $6000. They know how much you get paid and expect you to pay $500 every two weeks. The only reason why I borrowed from them was because it was an emergency. I regret it.

Word to the Wise. I just want other consumers to know to never borrow from companies like this. You should never have to pay that big of interest. You already didn’t have the money to payback the principal loan, that’s why people get loans. But it’s vulnerable people like us that get zapped in. So don’t ever get a loan with this high of interest. You would have paid back triple the money you owe them. For example if you get approved 1000. And in the next two weeks you can’t payback 1300, you will pay back 4500. Also, they take 300 the first 4 times you pay then they take 400 from your account then so on and so on. So it’s not wise at all to borrow from companies like this one. At some point they will be sued for the amount of interest. It will take time but it will be done. Also, borrow from the banks it’s a very low interest rate, when you can’t make the original loan in enough time. Word to the wise-be wise and don’t borrow!!!!!!!! We shouldn’t keep companies like this afloat. They are ripping people off. Yes we signed the contract but you’re dumb if you get this loan! I have told ten people already to not get this loan! So those ten people didn’t get sucked in the world where people don’t care about people. Borrowers beware! I’ve definitely learned my lesson. I’m teaching you this lesson before you learn the hard way.

Worst place ever!! DONT DO IT! You will end up paying 3 times the amount of the loan.. I had a $400 loan, and was paying $80 a week! $50 of that was to interest. In all I paid over 1200$ for a 400$ dollar loan! Places like this take advantage of people who are temporarily hurting. That's the the bottom line of this place. Unreal!

Terrible customer service tried to get a small loan. I asked 10 times about not agreeing to automatic payment but they tried to do it anyway
I canceled the loan

These scumbags are vile they owe me for mis selling and are saying they've sold my loan to debt collectors when I only owe them 30 pound what a joke I've tried ringing to discuss but can't get through so going to fca now

I have been trying to get a hold of Uncle Buck via E-Mail with no response.i have also been phoning them for over a week but there is no ring tone. They have also failed to take my payment. Does anyone know if UB have now been wound up totally, thx.

They've now E-Mailed saying they're all working from home.

Ok I’m trying to call been trying all day no joy call keeps getting cut of .i need to speak about my repayments .And covid19

In administration, feel sorry for the staff, karma for the Company!

They will harass you with calls daily even when you have a repayment plan arranged! i get 8-10 calls daily from them even after 8pm!! I asked them to not keep calling me but they call from different numbers and carry on

I just heard that these type of companies are making a fortune out of the coronavirus.
All payday loan companies now need to be closed down asap with immediate effect.

Got a loan......just been told 3 months off due to COVD19 and will be on reduced income. Shocked to find out they still want full payment. Offered to extend but would affect my credit rating for 6 years.

Promised to help as I have bad credit, done all the info processing, then refers me to provident stating success !
Turned down by provident before I tried these !!!!
