Could not have been more helpful. Promptly fixed my problem

Resolved my question ASAP

We love the product, and the customer service is amazing! Every time we have had a challenge, we have gotten help very quickly and the problem has been fixed sooner than we thought possible. The staff are very helpful, patient, and thorough. Dad used his watch once to call for help, and the call center person was very easy to work with.

Kanega watch is horrible.
I am 96 and I admit anything tech is not my best friend.
#1. Difficulity in opening and closing clasp .
#2. Operating instructions were difficult to,follow
#3. Returning this watch was a bloody nightmare. Sent countless emails asking for the promised Fed Ex
Delivery label. No one answers the phone. After sending at least 4 plus messages with the big red exclamation point icon. They were returned to me .finally disgusted with the process sent another email saying I would contact Visa to stop payment. That finally got a response with the Fed Ex return label. It was returned today,9/31. And the restocking fee of $75 is simply greed. In perfect condition, two of batteries never charged. Restocking of $25 is acceptable but $75 again is simply greed on Unaliwears End.
So beware.

Truly amazing customer support. This alert system actually saved my life last week. I fell, knocked unconscious. Ems was automatically notified without me having to "push any button". Everyone needs this watch, not just elderly. Young people can just as easily be alone, without any means of getting support. Even if I never have to use this system again, it saved my life and that's worth everything.

Joseph was very polite and thorough in explaining the solution to my broken battery problem. He will be sending out 2 new ones ASAP.

I ordered 2 watches, one each for my parents. The watches never worked properly. They would constantly send false alarms, with no fall or impact events. They fit badly; the small was swimming on my mother's wrist. One of the watches stopped functioning entirely; I had to send photos in to prove that we had not broken the watch. Once proven, we were sent a replacement watch, which also failed after a couple of months.
I decided to cancel our service contract. I called on June 30th and cancelled the contract. On July 3rd, my credit card was charged $1558.80. I called to complain, and all I get is a chance to leave a voicemail. NOBODY CALLED ME BACK - OUTRAGEOUS!
When I cancelled, I was offered the opportunity to send the watches back for a partial refund. I NEVER RECEIVED THE PROMISED MAILING LABEL!
I wish I had never seen the very favorable review in the NY Times on Wirecutter. I feel so mislead, and burned. And I'm out almost $2000!

We purchased this watch for my mother in law and have been extremely happy. It gives us piece of mind, and she was also happy to know that her worse fears of falling when alone are now unfounded. She is 92 and still living independantly. I wish this watch would have been available to extend my own mother’s opportunity to do the same. Customer service and technical support are always extremely helpful.

Was able to change my credit card info and delete several reminders.customer service was very helpful.

I could not be more pleased with their support. They have always helped me out. Also, I left the watch on the counter for several days because I was having problems with the warchband, they noticed the watch wasn't moving and reached out to me.

I have had this useful watch/alarm/voice transmitter/etc. for several years now and it is a very important part for my health maintenance. The use functions are straight forward for the primary functions which I use: time, date, battery charging/exchange/replacement over time are easy and convenient and notifications of false falls is most reassuring. Questions, advice and help by phone or email has been accurate prompt and helpful. Thank you for this very useful device and service. Malcolm

I fell while changing my clothes and hit my head on the corner of my bedroom wall. Immediately Kanega watch was notified that I had fallen and i said the "magic word" and they notified the fire department and my daughter and remained with me on the line while I lay on the floor The fire department was their in minutes. I could not reach my phone so I believe Kanega saved me from a disastrous result.

Michael was extremely helpful with my battery order.

I needed to contact help and you all were wonderful. HOWEVER my watch alarms consistently when I've not fallen. So when I need help you do so well, but everyday it gets annoying. BUT better to be there when I need you. Thanks

We just got the watch and customer service seems very good. After my mom had a bad fall and was hospitalized, I researched options for a long time. While Kanega is more expensive, I am impressed with the level of service and thankful I can have peace of mind.

As always, your customer service reps do an outstanding job. The advise given to me today was spot on, easily understood, and worked perfectly. The reason for only 4 stars is that whereas I think UnaliWear is probably the best of such products, there is room for improvement in the quality of the batteries. It's too easy to break a contact pin.
