Great service all round…
Nicola Worthington has been a great help over the past 2 years nearly, supporting and answering any questions I may have had. The team overall have been good but Nicola has been outstanding. The only thing I would consider is a pricing option as I only asked for 1-2 quieres a month and was costing me nearly 200.00 a month. Other than that, great!

Stay away
Stay away! If I could give it zero stars I would, 1 is way too many! I used umbrella for a number of contracts, I found their customer service to be very slow and not helpful. One day I randomly had an email from them to say that they had overpaid me £550 2 years ago, which was their mistake and demanded I paid this back. They threatened to take legal action if I did not pay this. I had financial commitments which did not allow me to pay this straight away, their threats got worse and I ended up paying them which has now left me in financial distress. I must reiterate, stay away from this company. I was made to pay a lump sum for their mistake which happened 2 years ago. Worst company ever

Fantastic umbrella company
Fantastic umbrella company. Oscar in customer services was exceptional- he helped me very patiently and clearly with a query and gave me information which helped me immensely and about which I was previously unaware. Oscar is a credit to Umbrella. Every time I have had interactions with the team at Umbrella they have been really helpful and efficient. Highly recommend.
