Easy process to order and received my product in just a few days as promised.

I think the Airsaber rifle I purchase works great. I had an issue with the scope but their customer service was very helpful and resolved the issue quickly.

this i guess was a half blowback your site did not specify that in the product description . i wanted a full blowback and would have payed the difference. very misleading and was going to buy a few more until i basically got suckered by your company no adding it was a half bb havent even used it waste in my opinion. if you wanna keep a customer make this right a full blowback i will gladly send this unused airgun back

I have a hammer Carbine that’s only six months old. The reason why it’s only six months old because of my original hammer had been back three times. They repaired it and it started leaking again. They did not have any original ones in stock and sent me the carbine. After six months it leaked down. I contacted them and they told me I had to pay for the shipping back which was $119. This is the fourth gun that has had problems in the last year and a half. A friend of mine that I persuaded to buy a hammer has had three different experiences with his gun leaking down in the last year. The representative from umarex told me this was not a typical problem. It is an ongoing problem and now they will not cover the shipping. The representative told me he did not care so I told him I will never purchase another product from them. I will go to Air Force. I’m very dissatisfied with their customer service. They need to make it right.

The selection of air guns you manufacture is amazing. Both pistols and rifles make the experience great. I am particularly drawn to the ones made in Germany, but have purchased a few more, recently, that were not. They look great and work very well almost all the time. I buy from Pyramyd Air, and their customer service is incredible. Keep up the good work.

I emailed first for assistance and received a response very quickly. I used the link provided that took me directly to the part I needed. I took the part # and searched online for cheaper price including shipping; they were by far the cheapest. Order shipped out and was delivered ASAP.

I have only shot this air pistol a few times but it seems very high quality and accurate

The MAKAROV replica shoots great!
Cheap
Fun for hours!!

Easy Purchase, Fast Delivery, Fair Price

Another awesome shopping experience with no surprises or letdowns.
This one is for larger targets that need a little punch to ring the bell.
Feels great, actually lighter than a .177 break barrel from years back. Sweet shooter and easy to use.

Received an air rifle a little over a year ago. It has had very little use. Was going to use it today and noticed a screw on the floor. As I looked the rifle over both screws that hold the firing mechanism on to the stock were broken off. As I had received this as a present I didn’t have a receipt. So first I called the store that is was purchased at and they tried to help me. Then I contacted the company and they were zero help. Didn’t even offer for me to send it in and pay out of my pocket to have it fixed.basically said if I can’t show proof of purchase they can’t do anything for me and hung up.

The Otis airgun cleaning kit you recommended does not work as per instructions for a Gauntlet. The breech is to short to allow breech to muzzle cleaning with this flexible rod.The brass tip is too long.
I have yet to find a short tipped, flexible pushing "rod" for your Gauntlet. I tried the "Umarex .177 and .22 Caliber Air Gun Cleaning Kit - Includes Cleaning Rod, Brushes, Mops, Jags, Pads, Driver Set and Thread Adapter" and it was useless. Fortunately for me Amazon let me return it.

I returned my purchase because the mounting plate didn’t fit. Not only did I have to pay to ship it back I haven’t heard anything from anyone there about getting my money refunded, or when it will be.

Super fast delivery, no issues whatsoever. Items work great. Thanks!

Fast and efficient

Great quality pellet rifle with fast delivery

I hdk shotgun is an amazing item but I purchased it used on ebay and the seals for the co2s are bad so it leaks but I plan to have them replaced

Really like the Army Colt 45 replica in .177cal CO². Thanks.

I sent an email to service reps. Received a poorly machined parts result in the scope not fitting correctly. Please correct
