I tried to order a broadaxe bb revolver from umarex three times in a row, all three times it was denied. And then had a buddy order the exact same item, and even then I still got an email stating that the order was canceled through the company. I am severely disappointed in the service I have been given. I have also yet to receive the item purchased and my buddy in whom did purchase the item is now worried that your company has just stolen $50 from their account. I am requesting immediate action.

Prompt shipment. Some potential damage
I appreciated the prompt shipment.
However, both cans of R-10 were dented showing signs of rough handling. These are top line match pellets used for competition. Rough handling of the cans can result in deformed pellets.
