I never subscribed to it. But its taking my money.

I have also became victim of the Ultra PDF frauders. While my bank is investigating matters. We have never disclosed our data and my bank information to any body linked to this online scam. They have no contact information no address, and no phone number, and not even an email. Besides this I have word and PDF build into my new laptop. AVOID at all cost. They are experts in Fraud and by reading the reviews its very sophisticated on a widescale crimewave. I thank god I have my own admin team who look after my affairs otherwise we would had never have known about the fraud.

SCAM!!! Payed £1 to print a travel cover letter for my 16 year old daughter, 7 days later £49.99 taken from my account, no email confirmation of any kind of subscription or request of payment.
No way of getting hold of them so trying to resolve through my bank which can take up to 8 weeks.
Page reported to google as a scam.

SCAM ..... Avoid this website

They are real scammers. I paid £1.99 on 3rd November as one off - no account was created, no my e-mail given. On 10 November they charged me £49.99 as part of a monthly !!! subscription. Tried to contact them - impossible without an account number. This company has nothing written about themselves on Trustpilot despite of all negative reviews. Any ideas how to prevent them of scamming further consumers?
Which body gave them the license to con?

Just been charged 3 x £49.99! I didnt even sign up! DO NOT use! Just hope my bank will refund and fraud! I assume where I logged in via my google account they go access to bank info!

As mostly people experience here say it is a scam. They let you agree pay £1. After they take money every month £29.90. From January 2023 with out permission and consent .and No subscription invoice send. to September 2025 now . Unfortunately my bank have not stopped them taken. I will say . We should report wwu l trapdf as a scam and criminal. Refund our money back .

I just need to write this review to show how criminal it is to steal people's card details and start charging them for money they've worked hard to get...you've committed 2 or more criminal offences - identity and financial theft. I'm demanding a full refund of my money!

It's a disingenuous scam, and I cannot imagine how they haven't been closed down.

This company seems related to 'pdfsmart.com' as they do the same. Charge you 1 euro and opt you into a 49.99 monthly service without your agreement!!

ESTAFA - No puedo creer que esta empresa se haya salido con la suya durante tanto tiempo... ¡y parece que los bancos no consiguen que me devuelvan el dinero! ¿Dónde están las leyes de protección al consumidor en España? Esta empresa me ha robado 200 euros y mi banco tampoco puede ayudarme... Esto es fraude, pero intentar conseguir una denuncia policial y que la administración intervenga significa que estos estafadores estadounidenses se están saliendo con la suya. Como todo el mundo, me suscribí a un servicio de 1 euro para modificar un PDF en Word y recibí un recibo. ¡Y 4 meses después me di cuenta de que me habían cobrado 49,99 al mes por nada!

Te dicen que pagues un euro y asi te descargas el pdf y luego te cobran 49€ sin suscribirte a nada. Hay que denunciar a la policía

It is a scam. Really bad product and if you try to cancel the subscription ... good luck.

I paid £1.00 to convert a PDF - it stated one off fee. 3 months later I have noticed they have been taking £49.99 per month for a subscription I have not signed up for! I have now reported the transactions to my credit card company and hope I can get the money back. I’ve cancelled the subscription on the website. The website cannot be found by searching for ultrapdf like on the bank statement. The website is PDFSmart.

BEWARE!!! 100% SCAM. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR PAY THE £1.99 FOR THE TRIAL PERIOD AS THEY WILL WAIT 7 DAYS AND THEN TAKE £49.99.

It’s a scam. I used the service once and paid £1. I never subscribed or received any documents confirming a subscription. However, they charged £49 without my authorization.

Crooks I have attempted to login to cancel direct debit as I did not sign up for such a product but can't now login and email now twice to no response yet you keep trying to take my money please correct your systems and remove me from your files immediately

I wouldn't say they utterly cheat, but you're one day trying to do something on a pdf that you can't find for free and you come across pdf smart. OK, you select the limited one-week service for 1 € (you don't need any more). You happily type your debit/credit card but everything is astutely set so that one week after you'll be charged 49,99€ without notice and probably unaware that you actually entered a monthly subscription. You'll see a charge in your bank by "Wwultrapdf". You'll panic wondering where this came from. If you want to stop, just enter the member's area (you'll see your bills and documents there) and follow the unsubscribe procedure. If you are OK with subscribing, that's fine. For a one-off use, terrible experience. BEWARE.

Traté de realizar un ajuste en un sólo documento PDF en el que no quedó correctamente, simplemente era agregar unas lineas a un documento PDF que ya tenía, las líneas no llegaron a cuadrarse nunca y ese documento nunca llegué a enviarlo a mi trabajo a pesar de haber pagado 1,99€ por dicho trámite(cuando en la mayoria de páginas es gratuito). No suficiente con ese pago con tarjeta, me suscriben a su programa SIN MI CONSENTIMIENTO, MEDIANTE ENGAÑO y transcurridos 14 días me cobran una suscripción mensual de 49,99€, de su tarifa mensaual. Tras ello, les envio una queja a su página y me responden diciendo que me suscribí en su "letra pequeña". EN RESUMEN, UN FRAUDE TOTAL, NO PONER LA TARJETA DE CREDITO/ DÉBITO JAMÁS!!
