Staff are pretty rude and direct
Staff are pretty rude and direct. I was guaranteed I was going to get the wristbands on a certain day and it was delivered two days later. They actually dispatched it on the day i was meant to receive it. When I tried to send an email to complain, nobody responded. Honestly, I work with a lot of these suppliers - avoid these ones.

We've reviewed all of the correspondence relating to your order and were disappointed to read your comments, as they don't reflect the interactions we had.
Throughout numerous emails, our team guided you through the ordering process, explained the product options, provided pre-loaded artwork links, and offered assistance at every stage to help you achieve the design you required. Your own emails included several messages thanking our team for their help.
Your order was accepted as a rush job, and we dispatched it on the agreed date. Unfortunately, the delay occurred after the parcel had been handed to DPD for delivery. While we always do everything we can to produce and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party couriers.
We always encourage customers to leave as much time as possible before their event, particularly for time-critical orders. Ordering at the last minute inevitably carries a greater risk should there be an unexpected courier delay, which is why we recommend allowing extra time wherever possible.
We genuinely strive to provide excellent customer service and are sorry that, despite our efforts to help, you feel disappointed with the overall experience. you cant please everyone, but we are happy to please 99.9% of customers.

I have used UK wristbands for a few years now. They do exactly what it says on the tin. This morning ordered 20,000 printed wristbands at 08.25. Status update at 08.45 - printed and despatched. Followed immediately by a DPD email confirming the booking. Really can't fault it. PS I was not in a rush, just a regular order.

Incredible Support out of hours!
We have used the team here for since 2019 for our festival. Our event has grown in scale and the team at UK Wristbands have helped us along the way. From bespoke artwork needs to fit wristbands, drinks token wristband, design verification and support - the team are second to none. This year we forgot order 500 (our mistake) 'Custom printed Neon Pink L Shaped Wristbands!'. I dropped the team an email at 10pm at night, knowing i had missed the delivery window - but hoped something could be done. That was picked up within 10 mins and we worked out a plan to get our delivery before our event (which is in 4 days time). Service like this simply doesn't exist anymore - you feel like a customer not an order!
