Ordered over 2 weeks ago and still waiting for my items. DPD have had it for over 2 weeks and still not delivered. Still unresolved
It is now the 29th of June and I have not received the items of my refund. Over a month after I made the order

For clarity, your order was printed and dispatched within our advertised turnaround times. Unfortunately, once the parcel was collected by DPD, significant delays occurred within their network which were completely outside of our control.
Throughout the process we remained in communication, investigated the tracking updates, and provided guidance based on the information supplied by DPD. We fully understand your frustration, particularly as the order was required for a time-sensitive event.
While we appreciate that delivery issues reflect on the overall customer experience, we do feel this review is directed at the courier's failure rather than the service provided by UK Wristbands. We produced and dispatched the order promptly, and unfortunately courier delays can occasionally occur despite our best efforts.
