I wish I read the reviews. Save your money and avoid!!!

I ordered the whitening pen 3 weeks ago and I haven’t heard anything from the company as to where is my order!?!?!?! They took the money straight away but I’m yet to receive my goods , but reading all the reviews it looks like I have been scammed 😡 please avoid them!!

My order never arrived and customer service has been between non existent and not helpful at all. It is some Chinese company I think, I wish I had read the reviews before ordering!!!
My parcel got delivered to the wrong address, I called Royal Mail and after checking the tracker they had confirmed it is their mistake. I had provided ukteethwhitening.com with an email from Royal Mail with my case number confirming their mistake and I've been told it isn't proof enough! So no order, no money and no help.

I placed my order with UKWS on the 27/08/2025 paying €66.58 and as of today (29/09/2025 I still haven’t received it.

I first WhatsApp customer support (+44 7873164772) on the 28/08/2025 in hopes to have a tracking that i can follow as i hadn't recieved one when placing the order I received one from them on 01/09/2025 on the 05/09/2025 I messaged them again as the tracking link they'd sent me was not moving with an update the messaged me back on the 08/09/2025 and sent me a link for An Post the postal service in my country and attached a message saying that my parcel is in NLAMS and is on route to my destination not knowing what this meant i messaged them back straight away i got a reply a day later saying that it is in transit to my nearby post office and to allow a few more days for it to arrive i messaged the day later because the tracking link hadn't changed on the 11/09/2025 i messaged them and called them because i was concerned nothing was updating they never answered they messaged back on 12/09/2025 and told me that the estimated delivery time is 14-21 business days excluding weekends and public holidays which is understandable and i gave them the benifit of the doubt considering it had been 13 business days since i placed my order on the 16/09/2025 the tracking link they sent me updated stating that my whitening strips had been delivered at 12.54 which i never recieved i messaged them and explained to them how important it was to recive my whitening strips as i had an appoinntment to have some composite bonding and a veneer installed and after 4 plus years of wearing braces my teeth were not the whitest and needed to be whitened before my appointment to match the composite bonding and have the whitest shade i can they messaged me back on the 17/09/2025 with a picture of my address and told me that the postal service shows that it was delivered and they asked me if my address was correct and ask if household members neighbours or building management received it which would be a protocol i replied to them straight away and told them that i live alone no one could have recived it i asked 6 of my neighbours to see if they received it and they hadn't and i told them that i live in my own house and not a apartment complex with management I never received a reply on the 18/09/2025 i messaged them again and called and sent an email to them they messaged me back on the 19/09/2025 and said that they have opened an investigation with the postal service I replied to them straight away on WhatsApp and by email with my thanks and hopes considering i never heard from them i never got a reply after that i messaged them on the 21/09/2025 on WhatsApp and emailed them they messaged me back on th 22/09/2025 and emailed and said they were sorry for the stress its causing and that they dont work over weekends thats why i never received a reply and that they are still investigating and saying it takes time I messaged and emailed them straight away and never got a reply back 2 days later on the 25/09/2025 I messaged them on WhatsApp and emailed them and got no reply I messaged them on WhatsApp again the next day 26/09/2025 multiple times and called them twice and no reply the phone wouldnt ring on WhatsApp and was only calling i found there instagram through there website (@ukteethwhitningstrips) and messaged them on there and called and got no reply or answer I messaged them today on WhatsApp and emailed them 29/09/2025 it has now been 7 days without any reply and 33 days since i placed the order but I am still completely in the dark about my parcel.

To make things worse, I even received a request to leave a review despite not having received my order. It has been over a month now, and the lack of communication has left me extremely frustrated and anxious.

At this point, I simply need my whitening strips sent to me without any further delay. I hope posting this review will finally prompt someone from UKWS to respond and resolve this and I can update this review with positivety and be able to review the product I see no other way as I had no response

Dont bother buying, empty package with receipt??

Do not order it s a fraudulent company!
I placed an order and like some of the other customer received a empty package what a convenient receipt!

Missing parcel. The company are suggesting they have left in a safe place, however no delivery was attempted. I then contacted the customer services to report my missing parcel, I was sent out a form to fill out and advised I would be given a refund once the declaration has been signed and filled out, however the response from the company was then I would need to call the POLICE to file a statement for the missing parcel, then they would investigate this for me. I genuinely believe the company is scamsters and are just trying their luck due to the fact that most people won’t file a police report. I am now £60 down and have no product to show for it. Do not recommend!

Ordered polar whitening, 2 syringes came with no instructions and barely enough whitening product to last two weeks. I paid £59.99 and I am absolutely appalled, I could've gotten something cheaper and better elsewhere.

Ordered my Teeth whitening essence pen, been using daily following the instructions over 3 weeks now!
NOT a single bit of difference at all. Looks like a total PR scam!

Purchased the Opalescence box and followed instructions as in the kit and got a severe burn on my gums. I’ve emailed and got in contact with the company and never got a reply back or a simple apology but the promo emails didn’t stop!
Ignoring the clients when there is an issue doesn’t reflect a great company policy.

It’s a scam, that’s it.

I ordered my home teeth whitening kit and paid express delivery. When it finally arrived 7 days later than expected I received an empty box with a receipt.
I emailed ‘uk teeth whitening’.
As requested I supplied photographs of my order and my order reference number.
There reply insinuated that I was not telling the truth and that they have video footage of my order being packed and shipped. I am yet to receive proof of this.
The delivery package had not been tampered with clearly showing that they sent an empty box on purpose.
This company is a scam and should not be allowed to trade. Judging from the other reviews I have read I’m not the only customer to receive the same disappointment.

Very slow delivery with no reply to emails asking where the order is - it's been almost two weeks

I paid 40 pounds for a set of whitening from wisdom , pure rubbish , the trays are mouldable but do not do the job . couldn't get them to fit my mouth after an hour of trying to not buy this kit from wisdom

Their products killed the nerves in all my healthy teeth. I had beautiful teeth, and now I’m looking at getting a mouth full of root canals. You are absolutely disgusting.

Fantastic company really good service the teeth whitening gels really work staff so helpful highly recommended thankyou 😀
