Very disappointed. Faulty hoverboard at Christmas, no resolution until late march with threat of ombudsman. Now wheel has broken, no chance I’m sending it to them so ordered online. Delivery is taking more than a week, no dispatch confirmation, no tracking. I ordered from somewhere else just to find they are the same company, same address, same customer services. If you want to be continually disappointed order from here.

Company sells faulty equipment, charge you to return it and then send it back 4 months later still faulty and will not refund.

Speedy, well packaged delivery of a great quality hoverboard package. Very sturdy. Much better than alternative purchased from a high street electronics store.

The segboard is great, easy to handle and good customer service, I would definitely buy again

Worse customer service I every had. I return the hoverboard months ago as it was dangerous and wouldn't stop. My child has had other hoverboards from other companies that were fantastic. Unfortunately I have not received a refund or a fixed item, depite numerous emails. I strongly recommend you don't buy from this company. I'm seriously out of pocket with a sad child!

Ordered from UK segboards for my son's Christmas present. The customer service was fab. The original kart straps becomes frayed quickly and we're replaced which was great. The kart and Segway is now 18 months old and still going strong.

Do not use or believe the fake 5 star review. I would recommend all others who has been effected by this company to report it to Trading Standards they sell faulty products and give the same response without issuing a refund

Bought a hoverboard for my son for Xmas. Item arrived in good time and packaged very well. Super quality item that has provided many hours of fun. The additional kart was a great bonus. 👍

It has been almost 3 months since I purchased 2 hover boards in December, which took much longer than the stated lead time, so I was not at home to take delivery by the time they were eventually sent. I have been chasing for a refund, calling several times and many emails and still nothing. I am continously told they need to check with their warehouse team where the goods are, which is clearly their problem not mine. Customer service has been extremely rude to me too. Complete crooks, I'll now be raising this with my credit card provider but I really feel more should be done to stop this company from operating.

Overall experience was brilliant.

Great service. Excellent product. My grandson LOVES it - using the go kart extra and it’s much quicker than his quad bike!

Great product and get a good hour out of a charge....go kart is pretty fast for a child and the larger wheels work quite well off road....postage and communication was a little slow but was just before Christmas.

Ordered two hoverboards and two go kart attachments for my boys for Christmas, costing £400. On opening the boxes on Xmas day one of the boards had fluid leaked into the box and smelt strange like chemicals. I suspect is battery fluid. When charging the same board it takes a long time to hold a charge… more than 4 times the length it takes to charge the other board that don’t have yellow fluid leaked from it. I’m scared to use this other board in case is dangerous to my child. I have emailed the company from the 27th of December with these concerns and they have replied asking for photos which I have sent. They are now ignoring me for over a month despite many emails. I am requesting a replacement board x 1 as this is the one with the issue. I am contacting my card provider to try and get a refund or failing that I will open a small claim via the small claims court website to get my money back since they are ignoring me ! Wouldn’t recommend as when there is an issue they ignore you. The boards themselves seem ok when not faulty but the go kart attachments are quite cheap and not worth the money, when I assembled them a small shard of metal came off and went into my finger… just cheap and nasty !
