Took 12 days to arrive. Had to asked for an update after a week.

I had a slight problem, it was resolved very quickly with no fuss.

I am disgusted with your treatment to me since I received an item I ordered on amazon from your company.
I ordered a Cub compressor from you via amazon and you dispatched the wrong item from your warehouse. I phoned you direct and when speaking to your service dept was informed if I wanted the model I ordered sent I had to send but item I had received and pay the postage. Once you had received it you would send out the cub I had ordered.
I rejected this suggestion and argued for over 20 minutes. I asked to speak to a manager , was put on hold waited 15 minutes and the same person came back informing me the manager had agreed you would send my order and you would collect wrong item next day. After explaining I would not be home agreed to leave it in a location. I was phoned again to inform me you could not collect and I was to use amazon collection facilities which was a shop near me. I agreed and said I would try to go that afternoon.
Later on that day I was phoned again and the person seemed annoyed I had not taken item to the pick up shop. I explained I was not well and my wife would do this the next day. I was threatened that if she did not a person from your company would chase me for item and it would be cauterized as FRAUD . I put the phone down , I was disgusted at this treatment. The cub compressor arrive two days later (not next day).

Really easy to order, came quickly and does everything it advertised. All at a great price too.

Very well made appliances except for the rotary brush
It is virtually impossible to keep it flat and will not push forward easily at all, it needs to be far bigger and let's the rest of the better down.

A massive thank you to Dan, he helped me today and he is head and shoulders above other customer services! that I have experienced from a very big online market place who were not prepared to help nor replace a broken component.
On all accounts Dan is a star!

Products that I have purchased are good, reliable and are excellent value for money.

The product looks fine. It came well packaged and the driver waited for me to open the door for such a large package.

I have always had problem free dealings with UKHS in the past, my latest order however is turning out to be far from problematic.
1/. I ordered two additional wolf batteries but only one was packed and sent. UKHS stated two were defiantly sent but agreed to send “the missing” item.
2/. The battery sent with the hedge trimmer (very old, dated 2021) was completely dead and wouldn’t charge. UKHS arranged collection of the charger and battery and said they will boost charge the battery and returning it. This was a week ago, I phoned today for an update, they now say they haven’t received it yet.
Looks like l might be going back to Screwfix for my kit if this isn’t resolved soon !

I ordered a lawn mower from Amazon which was failed to be delivered by TNT. TNT stated that order was delivered and signed for. On contacting the sellers they were highly professional and quick to rectify the issue. After a short back and forth a replacement mower was sent. Arrived on fast track express delivery next day. Rebecca the rep was amazing and kept me in the loop regarding all updates re this issue. Once again thank you for the assistance.
