It said it was wall mountable, but I could not find any way to mount it. There is no pointer mark on the case to tell where to set it. you have to watch when the light comes on.

I telephoned the company with some queries and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful, took my order and I received it within a few days.

Ordering of the replacement parts was brilliant, customer service was excellent.
Received parts very quickly.
One criticism, phoned customer service asking about the fitting of parts, they emailed instructions, perhaps they should have come with the parts.

The goods were not delivered. The address was open for delivery every working day from 09 00 to 17.30 with CCTV recording. After several failed delivery reports, I cancelled the order. It is a pity that a good buying experience and nice looking products, the whole thing was marred by a bad delivery service.

Everything was fine, such as delivery, the leaf blower (not used yet), just one little item spoilt the High Five, was the guide book, not very good, if you compare it to the lawn mower instruction book I bought from you a few weeks ago....keep up the good work, regards Dawson Todd

I was delighted with your excellent service when my leaf blower battery charger refused to work after over heating. The new charger was delivered very quickly and works well so I was able to use the leaf blower at the right time. I will return to this company when I next need a tool, Thank you very much.

The product does exactly what it says it does in the advert.

I did not received this item as it was out of stock and they weren't getting any more in.
Payment was promptly returned.

I have tried the new spark plug and battery you sent me.
There is no improvement in the way the mower starts.
Over the last three days I have tried it after recharging battery each time.
The first time it took 14 attempts with key.
The second day it was 16 attempts and today I lost count after over 20 attempts.
The battery is now on charge again for another try tomorrow.
This mower is not performing as described in advert.
I am on holiday next week but on my return will be seeking legal advice. The mower is not fit for the purpose I bought it for.
I have tried everything you advised, and you have tried after being returned to you workshop.
