I had ordered a basic Ukulele and was informed shortly after ordering that there was one left and it was damaged. We had a really good chat about what I wanted it for and he sent some recommendations to me. I picked the Baton Rouge use and am really glad I decided to get this one as it looks and sounds amazing. Would happily recommend Ukeuniverse to others

First time ukulele buyer/player here
First time ukulele buyer/player here
I was pleasently surprised the service I got.
I was called by Divyesh who adviced me on my Ukulele, at first I was a little skeptical because I'm a cynical person. "Is this man just trying to make me spend more money?" haha
But the advice he gave was excellant and I ended up buying a ukulele that was still in my budget but around £15-20 more than the beginner one I had chosen.
After hearing that I used to play the piano and wanted something to help de-stress in these strange times. He emailed me 3 other ukuleles that would be more suitable and higher quality.
I'm very much in love with my purchase and I play it daily for at least an hour! It had the promised warm tones and beautiful sound.
Definitely would buy here again! :)
Friendly staff, excellant ukulele, amazing delivery times.
5 stars :)

The owner of this business clearly cares about his products and customers. There were some issues with the courier, however they were dealt with professionally and pleasantly. The item received was of excellent quality and was packed very well.

New company who appear to go the extra mile to help
Contacted to purchase a tenor uke which unfortunately was out of stick everywhere I tried. Unlike other companies I was offered the opportunity of considering another for the same price. After consideration I agreed and received a Baton Rouge Ukulele along with a very good quality bag. I may not of considered it but have to admit to being very pleased with the purchase which was delivered in very good time despite current situation with Covid. Really happy to recommend especially as a young company trying hard to succeed at a very difficult time.
