Ordered my Cordoba uke and what a corker! Many thanks to Divyesh who went the extra mile. Highly recommended and I will be ordering up another in the future.

Fantastic seller. The ukelele is exceptional quality and arrived so quickly.

Absolutely excellent service. Quick delivery with a call beforehand to establish whether I needed a free tuner or not! Unbelievable! REALLY impressed and the uke is beautiful. Thank you.

Fast friendly and great communication

The ukulele purchased was of excellent quality. Dealing with this company was very helpful and constructive....providing knowledgeable advice. Once we made our decision the ukulele arrived next day by courier exactly as they said it would. Very impressed.

I couldn't find my dream ukulele in stores in my country. I found it here for a good price. For reasons beyond the seller's control, I had to wait a little bit longer for delivery (international shipment). All the time I could count on reliable information about the shipment and a very nice, friendly (and PROACTIVE!) support.
Thank you :)

They provide great customer service, they rang me to say that one of the products I ordered was their last one in stock was faulty and said they’d call me when it would come back into stock but they also asked about whether I was a beginner or not (which i am) and they suggested having a tuner instead because I’ll be using it more and they swapped that over for me and sent me the tuner with no extra cost. I’d definitely buy from them again.

I would highly recommend using Uke Universe to buy your ukulele. If it be your first uke or like myself had planned to add one to a collection, the staff are very friendly, polite and knowledgeable about ukes and my transaction was fantastic.
I will definitely be using them again.

Do yourself a favour and shop with a business that knows about customer care and has a passion for the beautiful sound of the Ukulele instead of Amazon.

Five stars.

Lovely instrument that made us all happy over Christmas!
It was purchased as a gift and arrived right in time. I was in touch with customer services to confirm delivery and they were ever so kind and reassured me about the delivery, despite the busy period. Happy customer! I would highly recommend. Thanks.

Fantastic customer service and we are so happy with the product. Our first Flight Ukelele - really great quality, plays well and looks fab. Arrived well packaged and we thought it was an excellent price. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service from this company and some great advice on products too. A pleasure to deal with.

Brilliant customer service. Even though there was a delay in receiving my uke, they contacted me as soon as I placed my order to let me know, and then again once my uke was despatched. Brilliant uke aswell.

Before I ordered a Flight Ukulele from this company for my daughter, I had few questions. The owner responded to my query very quick. After my order, the product was dispatched and I received it the next day.
This is unbelievable given that they had to have the specific brand sent to me directly from the manufacturer. Very few companies could have done this so I fully recommend this company.
I have taken time to write this in case it helps others make their minds up. Quality of service is top class

Absolutely brilliant, personalised service, and a great product recommendation for a very successful birthday present for our daughter.
Divyesh was very knowledgeable and easy to chat with while we discussed the best ukulele for our daughter, who is an accomplished guitar player but new to playing the uke.
The ukulele arrived very quickly and safely and was well packaged. The uke is great quality and worth the money we paid for it.
Would highly recommend.
