Don't buy from this company it is a scam didn't get the goods and didn't get a refund.First time for being scammed but won't happen again.Keep away from them.These people are discussting to scam honest people and can't even answer my E.mail now been intouch with my bank and reported them to the Fraud department. This company is a complete scam.I made an order to them which was accepted.a few days later I was told the order had been despatched and was on it's way.After about a week the tracking which was pathetic to say the least said it had been delivered which was definitely not the case .I contacted them and they said it would be looked into and to check at our local Post office to see if it had been left there ,which obviously was not the case .On not getting a reply from the company they said that they could only offer a certain percentage of the cost paid which I declined saying I wanted a full refund and could they supply me the name of the couriers used.I have heard nothing since.They are complete lying scammers and I wouldn't recommend anyone to use them.

I ordered from this company after 4 weeks didnt receive, tried to track the number given they wanted £1 (card details) to track, got in touch with paypal and eventually got my money back DONT ORDER FROM this company its a scam

Ordered goods never received offered 30% money back. Do not buy as it ends up its a Chinese con company

Company stated item delivered 30.5.25…..but it has not been delivered.
The DHL tracking reference is not recognised by DHL so item was not delivered by them if at all.
My communication with UK best sales just constantly state ‘item delivered’ no further comment from them.
Be aware…do not order. I’ve yet to contact PayPal re issue and payment. SP.

Advertised as uk bestsale on facebook spent £40 and have been told goods were delivered,they were not.I have a ring doorbell and checked on stated day of delivery,I got in touch with them they offered me 30% of my money,I then got in touch with Paypal who state they believe geo efi (the company)and found against me,I am not happy,DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Purchase items from this site paid £25 waited 5weeks for delivery never received items contacted them ,they said they had been delivered requested my payment to be refunded have never replied that was over a week ago stay clear of them total SCAM

Keep getting unsolicited emails from this company. Fed up with companies that claim I’ve agreed to receive there emails when I haven’t even heard of them before getting the emails

Absolutely fraudulent pretending to be reputable companies you unsubscribe and the emails just keep coming impossible to rid of these people

As always, if a deal appears to good to be true, it usually is.. FRAUD. Do not buy anything over this website.

This company has just took money from my account that wasn’t authorized to do so I ordered something from them and have now been told to cancel my bank card because of this site being false and stealing peoples hard earned money from Their account I was stupid because I didn’t check on Trustpilot first I just seen comments on their dodgy page with Trust pilot stars do not buy nothing from them

I've got stung with this Company thinking I was ordering something and then getting signed up to something completely different did anybody manage to get a refund from anywhere? Is my question?

Wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered from them!! I’ve basically had the same negative experience.

Saw a dog toy advertised on Facebook I clicked on the link to order as it was a good deal. The check out page showed that I was about to pay £9.99 for the toy so I completed the purchase.
I immediately check my emails when buying on line do when I did so this time I saw that I’d actually been charged for a membership for discounts with a company called Shopgogifts, no toy!! So immediately rang my bank who said they couldn’t investigate yet as the payment was still pending. I messaged shopgogifts through their online chat service and explained what happened. Eventually, after being cut off a number of times, being transferred to different people, getting automated replies and explaining the situation over and over again, Shopgogifts agreed that UK best deals had used a “smoke screen” via Facebook to get me to order and advised me to email their escalation team.
I did just that and I was surprised to get a reply! They said they would refund what has been taken so far (£9.99) and assured me no further payment would be taken, if I left a review of 4/5 stars!! They also put a link in their email for me to do this! I replied saying I would leave a review when they return my money! (It would not of been a 4/5 star review!) and I didn’t hear from them again!

Luckily my bank phoned me a few days later to say that Shopgogifts have tried to take a further £37.88 from my account so my bank declined the payment and I’ve had to cancel my card to ensure no further payments were taken!

I have had no refund from the company as promised in their email and I don’t expect to receive one either!! I’ve been luckier than others though who have had a lot more taken from them, so stay away from them. It’s been a pain and a hassle and a rip off!!

SCAM & FRAUDULENT COMPANY-AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I purchased a car play system from an advert on facebook for £9.99. On completing order received a gift card for allshopgifts.com. they initially debited my bank card £9.99 & next day £48.30. I have never heard of this company let alone signed up for a membership which takes £48.30 every 14 days till cancelled. Bank cant do anything till pending payment goes through, had to cancel my card as well to prevent further transactions. Googled company & Tried calling them & on hold over 20 mins so went on there online chat & was advised id signed up to membership through an item i purchased off facebook!! Basically This company pass all your details as well as bank card details to third partys. They assured me cancelled membership & will take 7-10 days to refund me, still waiting 10 days later. Reported to facebook who claim they meet there members needs to advertise despite being a scam.

I saw an advertisement on Facebook and ordered a Monkey Balance game for £6.99
Upon completion of the payment it stated Bakebusy.com would appear on purchase transaction.
I then received an email saying I had signed up to a subscription for discounts for electrical devices at Bakebusy.com with (in the T&C's small print) that there was automated recurring billing unless I cancelled the subscription

This is a scam. I ordered a toy for my dog from UK Best Deals, instead I got a subscription to My FaceClub.
I have asked for my first payment back a number of times and I get replies from various company names! I've been asked now to review their customer service!

Ordered a childrens play set for £6.99 which the company took only to find out the money was for a 3 day subscription trial ,I never signed upto any subscription trial, I checked my bank account to see that they had taken a further £24.99,I have contacted them they said the money was taken because I never cancelled the subscription,the subscription that I never signed up for ,have told me that they have now cancelled the subscription and no more money will be taken ,I will be contacting my bank in the morning.this company is in cyprus
