They wanted to charge me £10 postage for mainland Scotland for basic postage in the uk for a single photo paper print. So will never be using them again

Easy to upload and order, but absolutely terrible colour reproduction!!! How is this company still in business? Finished product is a washed out embarrassment, and the replacement was exactly the same. Obviously no quality control during or after production. Do NOT use this company, keep on looking for a better supplier. BTW, my monitor and printer are calibrated, and I have a first class degree in Photographic Media.

I was sent a test print when I ordered a print without a test print, which my invoice and pricing clearly indicates. I called to notify them this, and the man on the other end was so rude that I had to ask him if this was his first time doing customer service. He said I ordered a test proof and I’m looking at my invoice and there is no notation saying test proof. He would not listen, he basically tried to gaslight me. It was so rude. And I was planning to print a lot of things, but instead a correction that would have cost them $10 to correct is now costing them hundreds of dollars in business.

I looked to place an order for 100 x 60cm poster print from an uploaded photo. The website reduced this to 90 x 60cm which was fine and I clicked Apply and added to my basket. I placed the order only to have a default 30 x 20cm poster delivered. Customer service did offer a voucher for the small poster, but not postage (which was 50% of the cost). Quality was poor too....so even though I have a voucher for half of what I paid I won't be using Whitewall again....and the poster lines the bin very well!

Excellent and quick service. I was not happy with the contrast in one image and then very quickly sent a replacement for free. Would recommend. Professional service.

Excellent quality of print, so impressed with what I received, my photos were taken from a pretty average iPhone and now I have some stunning framed family portraits which I couldn’t be happier with, so sharp, excellent quality and very timely delivery. Thank you so much, I am about to order some more.

Washed out print & terrible aggressive customer service.

I ordered 3 canvas prints for £198. They arrived with washed out colours and I could not hang them next to my previous proud family photos.

The order arrived delayed, in torn boxes , and unannounced.

Customer service rude ,aggressive and useless. I have been trying for months to reach a resolution with them with no satisfaction. I invested in these prints to put them on the wall of fame (we call it at home ) for my children's graduation and they simply ruined this. The insurance they offer you when you place an order is also futile and useless.

I’ve used various companies to produce prints and other products and must say the quality is second to none. I visited WhiteWall at the Photography Show in Birmingham and was very impressed. When the print arrived it was well protected in its packaging which shows that as a company WhiteWall care about their product from start to finish.

Got my first framed photo from here to see the standard so to see if to reorder some more. The print was perfect, very sharp and exposed excellently. I ticked the box to allow them to adjust it. My big worry was that not all the photo would visible..it was as I ordered...top drawer.
The framing was also perfect..I have ordered more and highly recommend this company.

Customer service was very helpful! My picture was very well printed and packaged excellently. Would highly recommend if you want high quality pictures.

Terrible customer service but good product. This is not a British company.

I have used Whitewall a lot as a professional photographer but my last experience will be my last. I received one of their "high end" framed prints. It's not fit for purpose as it's not mounted and it ripples which renders it useless as a piece to look at. My client burst into tears when she saw how bad it was. She is now stuck with a blank wall with two screw holes over Christmas to look at.
The customer service people at Whitewall are rude and aggressive and simply do not care about looking after a customer. They also have no idea of consumer law and what their obligations are.
I have initiated a Paypal dispute to recover my money as all Whitewall are offering is a credit note (well they offered to send the same item but admitted it would ripple and look exactly the same. There should be a warning on their site that this rippling effect occur) They told me on the phone to throw the framed in the bin as I was "getting it for free" due to the credit note. A truly horrible experience for me and my client.
Do NOT use this company for framed images, they are truly, truly terrible. A cheap IKEA frame would have looked better than what I was sent. I have photos of how bad it is if anyone would like to see them.

Amazing quality; we ordered a massive picture to be printed, they sent the product out the next day, we got it straight away.
The quality of the paper and printing is so amazing and the custom dimensions we put in were exactly the same as our frame.
Highly recommend this website!
