Incredible service, excellent communication. Scan and follow up completed within a few days of booking.

I can’t fault the service I had from Scan.com. Everything went according to their schedule and you are kept informed of what’s happening. I was less than 2 weeks from booking a scan to getting my results back. They were also very helpful in uploading my images so my consultant could access them and the report. Staff were all excellent so thanks.

Very easy to book and I was actually offered a next day appointment. The scan was undertaken on time and the process explained to me. I had the results sent to me the same day along with the contact details of a suggested consultant to follow up the results. I thought the cost was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend this service.

We had such a positive experience at Bridge House Clinic with Dr Arvin Rodrigues. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled professionally and efficiently, but also with genuine kindness and reassurance.

My daughter was made to feel completely at ease throughout her EEG. Dr Rodrigues was friendly, calm and extremely professional, explaining everything clearly and making what could have been quite an anxious experience feel very relaxed.

We were also really impressed with how quickly everything was arranged and how promptly we received the results afterwards. The clinic itself was welcoming, organised and comfortable.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr Rodrigues and Bridge House Clinic to anyone needing an EEG or neurophysiology investigation. Thank you for making the whole experience so straightforward and reassuring. Five-star service from start to finish.

Very good service

Easy to book. Notified every step and explained. Staff polite, friendly. The whole transaction from booking to scan to follow up with results was seamless. Felt very valued. Would use again and recommend.

Online ordering. Not 5 stars as booking the MRI was confusing, as it appeared to be booked at the time of order for date and time at chosen site. However, having not received confirmation, I had to contact Scan.com and then the site. Then informed that the booking had to be ratified by site and was not now available. Would be good to make this obvious rather than just being told it was in the Ts&Cs.

Ability to ask for a scan with out a doctor though the scan clinision confirms the scan one needs the speed it can be aranged and the results which help to make a diagnosis. And then get apropiate treetmwnt more quickly

Very easy to book. The staff were friendly and efficient. The scans and report were received a lot sooner than 14 days.

Only downside was the cost but .....

Exceptional service. Fast and efficient

The whole process was seamless from beginning to end. The appointment was made very quickly and feedback after the scan provided the next morning. Feedback given was very clear whilst also being sensitive, with some advice provided on next steps. I would recommend.

I’ve had a first scan and progress scan after 1 year. I found the body composition analysis useful and the recommendations by the sports &medicine consultants have been very helpful and professional. They spent alot of time talking with me about training as you get over 50, and seemed interested in my goals. I’ll definitely do another progress scan at 18 months.
