Awful/ still awaiting refund after…
Awful/ still awaiting refund after their escalating cost it’s. Was talked out of an xray by ‘clinician’ and talked into an mri which then had added costs after booking. Wrote to cancel it within the 14 day cool off with no joy so far and no correspondence over than to try and initiate a partial refund minus costs . Absolute scam

Positive experience from start to finish
The whole process was very efficient. Each person I spoke to from customer service to clinicians, were friendly and professional. The service was straightforward, the results came quickly and I felt well supported throughout. Feel really grateful to get some answers to my medical condition and Scan.com helped me do this.

Do not answer emails
I arrived early and went in straight away. The staff were helpful and considerate at all times.
The booking process was very simple.
Contacting them is more difficult. The number given is just answering service. I haven't had a reply to my emails or text so not very happy with them.

The radiologist wasn't very…
The radiologist wasn't very communicative, it would have been useful to have more information about where to get my results. I had to ask for the information. Also, she didn't sterilise the plastic cushions used after my scan, she just put them back on the shelf. Post covid I would have thought lessons would have been learned

Good experience overall
The only problem was that there is no waiting room, so had to wait outside in the cold for 20 mins as the scans weren’t running to time
