The S380 homebase and E340 doorbells…
The S380 homebase and E340 doorbells are easy to set up but I wish that there was more suitable ringtones available to choose from. The S380 Homebase 3 can remain connected to you router by Wi-Fi but ONLY AFTER you have established the initial link using a router cable. The doorbell camera works well but be aware that there is a few seconds delay between the the button being pressed and the notification and video appearing on your phone.

Very happy with my Eufy products and service. Setup was quick and straightforward, and the system works exactly as advertised. The app is easy to use, notifications are reliable, and the picture quality is excellent.
Great value for money with no ongoing subscription fees. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a dependable home security setup.
Re-usable bags please!
The bags for my eufy x10 Omni pro were delivered quickly and postage free. They weren't particularly cheap but necessary. I really would prefer official Eufy brand re-usable bags though.

I decided to buy the Eufy solo camera s340 twin pack and homebase s380 on recommendation ,and i am more than happy.They are both very smart and work absolutely brilliant.They are made so well.I was slightly wary of the solar aspect but they are brilliant.Also so easy to set up. Delivery time was also excellent .Absolutely 💯 recommend

Trackers- surprisingly easy to set up, even sharing a link between 2 users which wasn't a feature I thought existing was a pleasant surprise. It tells me when I've left my wallet in the house which I have spotted when I had my phone under my nose to see the notification. It didn't get my attention when I drove off without it though. Not sure if that was me not noting the notification or it not being issued perhaps due to CarPlay managing my phone. So far, i'm a happy customer.
Impressive support
I reported an issue with one of my many Eufy cameras. Anker replied very fast. They came up with a solution fast as well. So I recommend Anker and Eufy. Very happy customer here 😊

Very Poor Quality Product and Disgraceful Customer Support – Avoid Eufy & Anker

I strongly advise the general public to avoid purchasing expensive products from Eufy and Anker. My device failed after only around 18 months of normal use, which is completely unacceptable for a premium-priced product that is marketed as reliable and high quality.
Instead of taking responsibility, Eufy/Anker hid behind legal jargon, quoting warranty technicalities, burden of proof clauses, and consumer law wording rather than offering any meaningful support or practical solution. Their response made it very clear that once their voluntary 12-month warranty expires, they will do everything possible to avoid liability — even if the product has clearly failed prematurely.
What makes this worse is their unreasonable demand that I obtain an “independent expert defect report” at my own cost just to prove the product was faulty from the start. This is completely impractical and unrealistic for most customers. They know very well that obtaining such reports is expensive and inconvenient, and this appears to be a deliberate tactic to avoid honouring responsibility.
Even more disappointing, instead of resolving the issue, they tried to offer a small discount on purchasing another device. This shows they are more interested in selling another product than standing behind the one that already failed. Why would anyone spend more money with a company whose products fail early and who refuses to take responsibility?
Their customer support and technical support are extremely poor. They provide scripted responses, hide behind policies, and show no genuine interest in resolving customer problems fairly. There was no proper troubleshooting, no repair option, no replacement option, and no real attempt to help.
A premium product should last significantly longer than just 18 months. This experience clearly shows that Eufy and Anker do not stand behind their products once the warranty expires, regardless of whether the failure is due to poor manufacturing quality.
Warning to all potential buyers:
Do not spend your money on expensive Eufy or Anker products expecting long-term reliability or proper customer support. If your device fails after the warranty period, you will likely receive nothing but legal excuses, no accountability, and no real solution.
This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I will not purchase from Eufy or Anker again, and I strongly recommend others consider alternative brands that actually support their customers and stand behind their products.
