A disgrace of a company, selling counterfeit sub standard goods.

If you are lucky enough to even receive the item, then you will probably be dissapointed in the quality anyway.

Its utter garbage most of the time.

If you do not receive your item or want to get a refund forget about it!

Customer services consist of a bot and if you do try and escalate then Dhgate always take the side of the seller.

You will lose your money simple as that.

There is usually a generic response to these reviews by Dh gate please ignore it, they dont actually do anything. Its just for show. They dont give a damn.

Its a shame because years ago they uaed to be Ok and fair. Not anymore though.

Zero stars, my package wasn’t delivered and they said I had to prove it! How?! Apparently my package wasn’t delivered delivered to a back door and signed for. They couldn’t give me my signature! Robbers!

Ordered two belts on two separate orders, I was told by DH Gate they have been delivered, they have not! I also ordered a T-shirt on another order, this has not been delivered either and been in transit for 1 month.
They do not reply on their chat and impossible to contact.
My advice is not to use this company they are a waste of money and a waste of time.

Placed an order that wasn't delivered. Have post office tracking to say it was returned to sender by the post office. The seller knows that because they kept telling me the post office still had it and the tracking clearly state's it was returned to sender. Opened a dispute and DhGate obviously didn't look into the facts in the dispute. And now I don't have the item and DhGate closed the dispute. Absolute scammers.

Package never arrived to my house i raised and dispute and all they kept saying is contact royal mail spoke to rm they told me never was ship out , refused me my refund 108 pound lost do not buy from these people

Item was not delivered untrustworthy response from company was contact local post office.... Def scammers

Orders 32266689380 and order 31520151385 from a company kenh06 scam is they indicate it is sent by Yanwen tracking no supplied but the tracking detailed are false. I have had packages used by this company so know a property tracking steps. Do not use dhgate go to a company like Ebay which you can see clearly company history. Dhgate hold your money for a couple of months then refund you, they encourage crap companies it's in their interest

Having never dealt with DH GATE before I saw a jacket that I wanted but could not get anywhere else in my size.

Therefore I opened an account with DH Gate and placed an order worth over GBP £90 with a “seller” listed as “ maonidayi ”.

The order was placed on 14 March 2024

After a few days I checked the status only to find a message from the “seller” maonidayi saying that the jacket was out of stock and suggesting that they could send a different jacket.

Because I did not want the other different jacket, I cancelled my order.

The next day I discovered that the "seller" maonidayi had refused to cancel the order, so my money was gone.

When I tried to get help from DH Gate, their system would not allow me to make a complaint until after goods had been received and only if I had clicked to say that the goods had been received !!

Because the “seller” had no stock, this was obviously impossible because I had received no goods because there were no goods to be had.

Therefore DH Gate had created a CATCH 22 situation for any purchaser who had money taken but no goods received.

I was stuck DH Gate's CATCH 22. This is why you should not take the risk and NEVER DEAL WITH DH GATE.

After many many many messages to DH Gate over many many days – over about a week in total – all to no avail, I finally contacted DH Gate's CEO Diane Wang with a letter of complaint setting out the problems.

Diane Wang's details are easily found by researching the internet.

Today ( 3rd April 2024 ) I finally managed to get my money refunded, but not without loads and loads of grief and hassle.

The lesson to all readers of this review is simple – I recommend that you NEVER DEAL WITH DH GATE. You have been warned.

The sellers of this site are 90% doubtful. I made the sad experience with a product of very poor quality, and very different from the quality shown in their photos that are not contractual. Suddenly, the value for money becomes catastrophic and we are clearly ripped off. It is still believed that the grass is greener elsewhere; wrongly ... I will remember it.

Worst experience I have ever had with an online retailer. Staff are completely incompetent and give inaccurate misleading information. I purchased a pair of trainers which came in an incorrect size. I have been trying to get a replacement or a refund for 4 months. Customer service just "file a report". They must have filed the same report 20 times as absolutely no action was taken to help me in any way!

I have spent the last 2 months trying to close my account, which again no effort has been made by DHgate's incompetent staff to delete my account. I am currently seeking legal action to get my account closed.
